Bring the whole gang for a laid-back beach getaway at this thoughtfully renovated home! Honey Too is a spacious, single-family home in a great spot one house away from the beach in midtown Ocean City (86th Street). Relax and enjoy all the comforts of home, including HDTVs, new furnishings, a DVD player, free WiFi, central air conditioning, a full-size washer/dryer, a gas grill, two outdoor decks with a partial ocean view (see pics!), an outdoor shower to wash off the sand from the beach, and a large renovated kitchen and dining area with plenty of seating. Additionally, Honey Too's renovated decks offer the perfect space to relax with a drink or a good book or catch up with friends and family over a meal.

New upgrades in 2022 include a new high-end kitchen and appliances, new flooring throughout, a new powder room, and many new furnishings. No expense was spared in the kitchen renovation! The kitchen features custom Bridgewood cabinetry, high-end exotic granite countertops, a marble backsplash, and new stainless steel appliances. Brand new upper and lower decks with brand-new patio furnishings were put in 2021, while 2023 updates include a completely renovated upstairs bathroom and a mosaic-accented wall in the second upstairs bathroom.

Walk down to the ocean beach for a day of sun and surf, or grab a bite to eat at one of the many popular restaurants in this part of town. The best part is many are within walking distance, as are numerous shops such as South Moon Under, Coconut Kids, and K-Coast Surf Shop. You'll also be a short drive from the famous Ocean City Boardwalk, amusements, and world-class golf courses.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
