the house was great for our dogs and five adults. I know we rented at the end of the season, but house could use a good cleaning. It was only a block and a half from the beach which was great. I would rent again if the same group of people were going.

The house was in a great location! Walking distance to beach, food store and a ton of restaurants and the neighborhood is very quiet and a family neighborhood. The fenced in backyard was great for our dog and had plenty of seating, we even had a BBQ one night with family that was vacationing in OC as well. I read some reviews on some of the bedrooms not having privacy. Three bedrooms were connected, 2 of them you did have to walk through each other to enter/exit. The third was also connected but was also able to enter/exit through a bathroom as well, so there was a little more privacy. We only needed 2 of those three bedrooms, so this wasn’t an issue for us, but I could see it be a little awkward with more people if they weren’t children. The house was perfect for our needs and we would absolutely stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay very much. There was plenty of room. We brought our dog, so a house with a fenced yard was awesome. Great neighborhood for dog walking as well. Close to the beach. Would stay again. Thanks!

Great location

Furniture and decor could use some updating Being dog friendly was a huge plus but place definitely needs cleaning service between bookings and a good deep clean. Property owner was very easy to communicate with. Back deck and yard very nice (bring your bug spray).
