Casa Azul´s architecture, it´s modernized services and the updated cleaning procedures, will make your trip happy and comfortable.
Stay in a truly colonial mansion.
Fully equipped for 1 and up to 6 guests. The 3 bedrooms, and dining room are
equipped with AC units and ceiling fans.
Exercise in the large pool or just relax after a day of working remotely from the house (50 mb wifi )
Pool is 13 meter /42 ft long.
Safely park in your private garage , 2 unroofed spaces and automatic garage door.

Casa Azul is 15 minutes from the airport, 1 block from Parque de Las Américas. It´s central location, makes it the ideal place to return from your daily trips

Wake up in a room with high ceilings and stunning colonial beams. Enjoy the ample spaces, lots of light, modern furniture and nice landscaping.

Fully equipped kitchen. Wifi and PayTv service available.

Casa Azul is committed to do an enhanced cleaning.
Washing machine may be used right away, as soap and softener will be available in the laundry area (small portion for 3 washing sessions)

Your hosts Mina and Ignacio will stay in touch during your reservation process and stay. They are very experienced and kind, never hesitate to contact them.

Everything mentioned is included in the price, EXCEPT electricity.
Electric meter to be read upon arrival and before check-out.
The money of the electricity must be paid in pesos in cash.
The kilowatt is charged at 3.5 Mexican pesos.

**When the rent is more than 2 weeks, a cleaning of the house will be included.

**No smoking inside the house.

**No parties allowed and no extra guests allowed besides the guests declared in your stay (6 GUESTS MAX)

Other services may be available, like extra cleanning sessions, a cook, etc upon request and with additional charge.

Beautiful Colonial Contemporary Casa

We loved this house so much! It is even more beautiful in person. Our teen kids loved having their own space in this grand home, A/C, pool, and really loved the decor. Everything is updated and clean. We loved the area! So close to El Centro! Parque de Las Americas is a block away and so is an Oxxo. Indoor/outdoor living! Host is easy to communicate with and thought of everything to make this an amazing stay. Very private and safe property!

Wonderful experience

Beautiful home, well-furnished and maintained. The rooms were large, with 14-foot ceilings. This feature and the multitude of ceiling fans kept the house cool without the need of the air conditioners, which were also available. The patio and swimming pool were delightful. The owners could not have been nicer and more accommodating. We would return to Merida, if for no other reason but to stay in Casa Azul again.

Merida villa

A very beautiful and well maintained historical property. Quality of the linens and bedding not as good as the quality of the property. Not up to the same standard. Great neighborhood, super quiet. If you like to sleep in a dark room, and then you’ll be disappointed as this house is incredibly bright.

Too expensive for a 4 night stay in Merida.

To start off Ignacio came to the home to let us in and was upset that we had reserved for 6 adults to stay and stated that Mina would be very upset since a total of 8 Adults would be staying. He immediately called Mina and said that the charge would be 323.oo AMERICAN DOLLARS FOR THE EXTRA 2 PERSONS. We had originally saw the listing stating that up to 8 persons could stay the added charge per day should of been only 28.00 and not the $80.00 that Ignacio was trying to charge us. I would not recommend this place only because of Ignacio's rudeness and deception in trying to charge us more than what is stated on VRBO website. Also, the towels were not enough and the house is not equipped with enough dishes are a lack there of. The 4th bedroom is actually the office and the ac system did not work at all in this room and for the added $233.00 they we ended up paying is not worth the stay. Also, be prepared to pay alot extra for electricity at the rate which is very high $60 for only 4 days is quite a bit of money. We did leave a good tip just because my friends are just great people and we know that all the VRBO listed in Mexico are hurting for money. We feel that for the overall total amount $1,200 for just the 4 nights is extremely expensive for this place in Merida. comes out to $300 per night certainly not worth it. Not too mention the electricity bill not being included.

Amanda and her friends were disrespectful and dishonest. She booked for 6 guests and 8 guests arrived without notification. Casa Azul was prepared for 6 people, who were booked and paid for. We demanded that they correct this mistake by paying the difference. So we complete the comforts of the house for the extra number of guests. In our ad, we mentioned the charge for electricity consumption. This charge exists because people like Amanda and her friends, who left the air conditioning on when they were away from home. A recommendation that some guests do not follow. After your review, we do not recommend this visitor.

Just entering the front yard and seeing the 2 rock benches makes you feel you have a private yucatecan park. Look at the details on the wooden doors, the thickness of the walls, the hand made pasta floor tiles , the royal palms, and so on!!!
