Across from Avignon, we offer two 45-square-meter holiday rentals on our property, located on a quiet cul-de-sac on a 1,200-square-meter wooded lot with a pool and several relaxation areas. Just 5 minutes from the centre of Villeneuve-lès-Avignon and 10 minutes from Avignon (15 minutes to the TGV station; Paris in 2 hours and 40 minutes).

Numerous trees (cedars, oaks, pines, olive trees, linden trees, and grapevines) provide serenity, coolness, and lush greenery!

Each cottage features a double bedroom (upon request: 1 bed measuring 180x200 or 2 beds measuring 90x200) and a large open-concept space with a kitchen opening onto a dining area and living room, plus a separate bathroom and toilet. Equipped with kitchen essentials, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, TV, books, and games.

The 5m x 10m swimming pool, the pétanque court and its balls, the communal area with a thatched pavilion, and the hammocks under the pine trees are shared with the second cottage and the owner couple.
