We had a great stay. There was not one item we needed that we couldn't find. It was clean and tidySarah was a breeze to work with, answering any questions in a timely fashion.Our Lizzie dog, was comfortable watching the people go past our screen door!!

Scottsdlale Patio home

First thing is that the beds were soooooo comfortalble it was heaven. The unit was also nicely furnished. Enjoyed the having the garage. Location was perfect and even the neighbors were very friendly. We would recommend this place to anyone and we would stay here again.

Near canal and greenway

We loved this property. Very clean, big TV, lots of Kitchen stuff, comfortable beds, nice linens and bath towels. Excellent host and hostess. Quiet! We are going to stay again. And a Garage!

Winter getaway

Excellent experience at this property. Location perfect for walks with easy access to green belt or the Arizona canal. Close to 101 for quick access to the hiking trails. These activities brought us to the Scottsdale area. Very pet friendly. Close to old Scottsdale. Lots of dining options. Unit itself has everything you need. Property managers/owners very responsive to our needs and answering questions. Would love to stay here again.

Monthly rental

Hosts were friendly most of the time, just had many issues upon check in and throughout the stay. They advertised bikes that never really worked, and the cleanliness was an issue, however the hosts did address that quickly.

Dear Jason, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We regret that our efforts to address your concerns did not meet your expectations, and we are disappointed that your experience was not as positive as we had hoped. Upon your arrival, you mentioned nine different issues, which we addressed as promptly as possible. Some concerns, such as the appearance of the toilets, which were due to hard water stains common in Arizona. Despite having a professional cleaning service conduct a deep clean prior to your arrival, we arranged for additional maid service to address these issues. The broken glass on the patio was the result of a storm that occurred the night before your stay, which was unfortunately beyond our control. Our handyman inspected and found no clog in the sink, and due to the extreme heat, it is not uncommon for water to feel lukewarm in Arizona. Regarding the bikes, we repaired the flat tires several times but encountered ongoing issues, which may have been due to handling or if they were ridden in grass there are thorns that will pop the tire. We offered a full repair, but we were unable to resolve the matter to your satisfaction before you requested a refund. We have not experienced similar complaints from other guests, and while we are saddened that your stay did not meet your expectations, we believe we made every effort to address your concerns and provide satisfactory service. Ideal Scottsdale location

This house is in the best area to be close to all that Scottsdale offers. Close enough to the highway and only a few miles to old Scottsdale, all the best restaurants nearby and Fashion Square area. Two large bedrooms and two full baths. Very efficient kitchen and nice family room with two recliner chairs to watch a big screen tv. I was there during the Super Bowl and this was great thing. The owners were very quick to respond with any issues. The pots and pans were not great and probably had not been taken care from the previous renters and when the issue was communicated, the next day, new very high quality pots pans appeared on the counter. The owners were great and I would happily rent there again.

Great location!

All-in-all, our stay was a really good experience. Condo was in a great location with close access to 101 and Scottsdale Rd. It also was a very dog friendly neighborhood.
