This charming 60 mÂČ house in Saint-Samson-sur-Rance can accommodate up to 3 travelers. It comprises a pretty 12 mÂČ living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A 12 mÂČ living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
Second floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160Ă200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
Second floor:
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160Ă200) and one single bed
Outside:
- A south-facing terrace with garden furniture of approx. 10mÂČ.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Samson-sur-Rance, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- La Maison bretonne is located near the banks of the Rance river in Saint-Samson-sur-Rance,
- The Lyvet marina is 1.5 km from the accommodation. The seaside resort of Dinard is 19 km away.
- The tourist town of Dinan is 7 km away. The charming village of Plouër sur Rance is 4 km away. The corsair city of Saint-Malo is 24 km away, and Mont Saint-Michel is 50 km.
- A bicycle rental service is available on site, by reservation only. You can enjoy the following activities: swimming and water sports, hiking, cycling and visits to tourist highlights.

- Private parking for one vehicle is located directly opposite the accommodation. It can accommodate all types of vehicle.
