Chestnut Ridge is very convenient to All Star Village, Baseball World, Hartwick College and SUNY Oneonta. Main Street shops and restaurants are all very close!
There is an easy flow from living area to dining area to the kitchen. All of the necessary modern conveniences are included. The entryway is a glassed-in sun room. An open 15 x 24 deck is just off the kitchen - an inviting area for outside dining and relaxing.
All four bedrooms and one bath are located on the second floor. Another bath is off the common areas on the first floor. There are hardwood floors throughout the common areas and carpet in the bedrooms. Contemporary wall décor creates a welcoming ambiance.
