The large open floor plan is so comfortable, with views to die for! Enjoy the pure sand beach at the south end of Torch Lake. The water is very shallow in front of this home, perfect for children. This house also offers an upstairs small outdoor deck area with an outdoor type kitchen and fireplace and an indoor game room with pool table and more.
This is a great house to start making family memories in Northern Michigan. Close to the towns of Alden, Bellaire, Elk Rapids and Traverse City. There is so much to see and do here. Or just relax and enjoy the lake. This is a NO SMOKING, NO PET home. This home does have 2 mini split ceiling air conditioning units mounted above the loft area.
Renters must be 25 years of age or older.
