Looking for a place to swim and enjoy a day at the lake? A public swimming area near Dockside Restaurant is approximately 1 mile away, along with nearby public boat launch access. Pack your beach towels, paddleboards, kayaks, or boating gear and enjoy everything Torch Lake has to offer!

Ready to explore the beautiful waters of Torch Lake? We provide 2 kayaks, a kayak cart, and life jackets for our guests to enjoy during their stay!



The kayaks are stored in the garage and can be transported to the public lake access area approximately ¼ mile down the road using the provided kayak cart. Guests may also choose to load the kayaks into their own vehicle and transport them to a public launch area.



Please Note: The property does not have direct lake access, and guests are responsible for transporting the kayaks to and from the water and returning all equipment to the garage after use.



Kayak Safety & Liability: Use of the kayaks and related equipment is entirely voluntary and at the guest's own risk. Guests are responsible for determining whether weather and water conditions are safe, properly using the equipment, and wearing appropriate life jackets. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.



To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Property Owner and Bellaire Property Management are not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage arising from guest use of the kayaks or related equipment, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Guests are responsible for damage to or loss of equipment resulting from misuse or negligence.
