Merci pour votre commentaire.
Pour remettre les faits dans leur contexte : Madame Naze a réservé la veille pour le lendemain, suite à l’annulation de dernière minute d’une autre location qu’elle avait effectuée. Elle s’est alors tournée vers mon annonce.
Cependant, le logement avait déjà été réservé auparavant sur une autre plateforme. Je l’ai immédiatement informée de cette indisponibilité.
La suite de nos échanges a malheureusement été marquée par un comportement particulièrement impoli et irrespectueux.
Je ne suis donc pas surpris par son commentaire, qui ne reflète pas la réalité des faits.
