No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Location was perfect. Cleanliness could have been better. Had to wash bedsheets upon arrival. Overall, we enjoyed and will use lighthouse rentals again!

FACILITIES WERE GOOD AND THE STAY WAS PEACEFUL AND RELAXING, DEFINITELY WOULD BOOK THE LIGHT HOUSE AGAIN. MY HUSBAND IS SOMEWHAT DISABLED. I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED A ROOM ON THE 1ST FLOOR NEXT TO THE ELEVATOR AND A ROOM WITH A BATH AND SHOWER, WITH THE SHOWER CLEANER.

Stayed in the same unit a few years ago. It's showing wear and tear. Pillows were smelly. The walk through gate and building entrance code machine were not working.

The location is great! We had an issue with our air not working, and we did t realize it until about 4 hours after check in. Someone was sent to fix it and then it worked the rest of our stay. Bed was a little firm, pillows weren't great, and water pressure was lacking in the shower: We were in the 2nd floor and the people above us were very noisy with their walking around and constantly going in and out of the sliding glass door. If you stay here, I strongly suggest the 3rd floor. Overall our place was clean. Communication from management was good. The location is fantastic. If you go out the back through the parking lot, you have a short 2-3 minute walk to the village right beside Palmer's.
