Prince Kuhio 103 is ground level unit with gorgeous ocean and park views, and a newly remodeled kitchen complete with dishwasher. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean waves while relaxing on the lanai. The grounds feature lush tropical gardens with orchids, swimming pool, common BBQ and laundry. Steps away from Lawai beach, which offers the best snorkeling and sunsets on the island. A short walk to Baby Beach, Spouting Horn, and the Kukui'ula shopping center. Condo includes beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, beach towels, etc.,

The location and being able to see the water is great. The host was communicative as needed. The layout is a little funky with the need to walk from kitchen through bedroom to get to living room/pull out sofa. And it's run-down...the unit could use a little upgrade, felt dirty. The roosters will wake you early, but not the owner's fault obviously.

Comfy in a great location. The lanai and deck were nice for relaxing. The coin laundry facility is convenient to the condo. Lots of fans so we didn't miss A/C.We used the cooler and beach towels for a beach day. The park to the rear makes a beautiful morning sunrise too.Thanks for a lovely stay.

Perfect location

We loved staying in this condo. It was located close to everything we needed and wanted to do. The condo had everything we needed. The fruit stand out front had a great selection and everyone on property was super friendly and helpful. The pool was big and clean, perfect to cool off. The view 10 out of 10. We want to come back and stay again!! Thank you!!

Lovely Ocean View

This unit has two beautiful upgrades- the kitchen and the vanity in the bathroom. But the shower is old and funky and needs to be re-done. Also the bathroom rug was stained and dirty and needs to be tossed. The location is nice because you can walk to a couple small beaches and it's a short drive to a few reasonably priced restaurants. We did not need A/C with the windows and slider open but if you are a light sleeper you may hear all the wild roosters!
