vétusté au dessus d'un chantier

une première réservation (Abritel ) a été annulée 15 jours avant notre départ. contrariété. il a fallu trouver autre chose. Arrivée dans un immeuble quasi vétuste le plafond de l'escalier s'est effondré durant notre séjour. Il a fallu réclamer du chauffage. Quasiment rien comme ustensile de cuisine nécessité de manger au restaurant à chaque repas. Problèmes d'électricité. Hygiène douteuse des tapis canapés en tissu comme des meubles en particulier de S de B. Raccords lamentables bois plâtre un peu partout qui ne permettent pas un nettoyage rassurant. Douche douteuse et eau chaude comme un filet sans débit. Literies des plus ordinaires qui ne permettent pas le repos. Lit 2 places coincé entre les murs et rend difficile lever et coucher. Dans l'autre chambre l'éclairage n'était initialement pas prévu! Réveil dès six heures du matin par le grand chantier de terrassement de la place de Brouckère juste sous les fenêtres. Seul point positif, la gentillesse du concierge chargé de l'accueil et qui tente de répondre gentiment et rapidement aux demandes. Le propriétaire croisé au départ a été informé de notre profond mécontentement, et de notre intention de le faire savoir. Il prétend ne percevoir que la moitié de la somme de 745€ que nous avons versée pour 4 nuits.Qui empocherait le reste? Je considère que nous avons été trompés et volés et attendons un large dédommagement.

spartiate mais bien placé

appartement spacieux mais on l espère en pleine rénovation a l'image du quartier . fenêtre ne fermant pas ,meubles sdb et cuisine hors d age( comme les draps et serviettes). vaisselle quasi inexistante. le concierge est très attentionné.
