In the heart of the wine-growing village of Saint Bris-le-Vineux, also close to the famous vineyards of Chablis and Irancy, and just a few kilometres from Auxerre, Julia offers a spacious and bright apartment on the ground floor of a beautiful village home. This apartment has been furnished, equipped, and decorated to comfortably accommodate 6 guests.

From the private, secure entrance to this beautiful home, a private staircase leads to your apartment. You’ll have a large open space that combines the living room, dining room, kitchen, and dining area, along with 2 bedrooms (one of which is a walk-through), a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. On the mezzanine level, there are 2 bedrooms, a powder room, and a sitting area.
The numerous floor-to-ceiling windows and the balcony offer a beautiful view of the vineyards and the village’s high street with its local shops.
Free public parking is available near the house.
The beds are made for your arrival.
