The house was adorable. My kids and I loved the game room in the garage, hours of entertainment for our whole family. The lake views were beautiful, hot tub exceptional, and the house was filled with all the basic needs for a comfortable stay i.e. extra blankets, lots of cookware, and extra necessities.
The house was the prefect set up for our family with unlimited fun things to do! Like others have said, the only downside is the constant trains and the horns going at all times of the day and night. For me, this was not ideal, but to others it was fine since they are heavier sleepers.
This place was a lot of fun, and there wasn’t a dull moment the entire weekend. Loved gathering friends to celebrate my upcoming wedding. And it was such nostalgia of my own lake house growing up. Thanks for the great vacation
The Ultimate PNW Launchpad! We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our Pacific Northwest adventure. This property in Lacey is a total hidden gem—it offers the perfect balance of quiet suburban luxury and unbeatable access to every major landmark on our bucket list. The first thing we did upon arrival was drop our bags and head straight to the back deck. The views are absolutely breathtaking; on a clear day, seeing the snow-capped peaks of Mt. Rainier in the distance while sipping coffee is an experience I won’t soon forget. After long days of hiking, the hot tub was our sanctuary. It was clean, private, and the perfect temperature for stargazing while our muscles finally got some R&R.If you are planning a regional tour, this is the spot. Lacey is perfectly positioned as a "middle ground" for everything: We were able to make easy day trips to Olympic National Park, Seattle to visit the Space Needle and Pike Place Market, and a trip to Portland to tour the USS Blueback Submarine. Even the drive to Mt. St. Helens was totally manageable for a full day of exploring!Being so close to the shops, and restaurants in Lacey and Tumwater was ideal. Great for running to get groceries, coffee in the mornings, or food for evenings when we didn't save time to cook ourselves! If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat that puts the entire PNW at your fingertips, book this place now! We will definitely be back.
This location was wonderful! I was in town for work, my coworker and I stayed here and we had so much room to relax with the cozy living space and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Check in was easy and the view was beautiful. I will definitely be back. Thank you Jaime for hosting us.
What an amazing home and breath taking views of Mt. Rainier. Stayed with a group of 3 gals and we took a class next door. Plenty of space for all of us to spread out and sew. The kitchen was fully stocked to cook, we made breakfast but enjoyed the other meals out. Very clean and comfy beds. Will be back!
Amazing spot! We will definitely be back again— all the kids agree. The house was very well stocked with everything you could ever need and more. Between both game rooms, the hot tub, and the lake, it’s the perfect place to just stay in, relax, and soak in quality family time.
Such a great vacation home! With all the water activities, game room and fully stocked kitchen it’s impossible not to have a great time. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home.
This is one of the best houses we've ever stayed in. Everything was clean, lots of space, beds were comfortable and amazing waterfront. The game room was huge and had a pool table, foosball, basketball, a TV and even more games! We had an awesome weekend kayaking and paddleboarding, cooking together, hot tubbing, and sitting by the fire. Thank you for sharing your incredible home with us.
Located on Pattison lake with a lovely view. Sunrises and sunsets were amazing. The trains passing through are close and maybe irritating to some. It was very hot outside but we stayed cool on the inside. In the mornings, when it was cooler, the hottub was great. Game room was very nice, clean and we played in there as well!
Very comfortable cozy cabin, great neighborhood, amazing views. The cabin had everything available you need to just relax, but close enough to lots of things to do. We definitely recommend staying here!!!!
Such a great location, quiet neighborhood and yes, there are trains that go by at various times, but since it was covered in the description, we knew what to expect. The view was lovely, and would definitely come back again.
My high school sweetheart and I were born and raised in the gorgeous Pacific Northwest. We have three teenage children and love the outdoors!
Why they chose this property
We were looking for a family vacation home for a while and we fell in love with this property as soon as we saw it. You can't beat the views on a beautiful sunny day and the lake is so peaceful and quiet. Our family loves the outdoors, especially kayaking and paddle boarding and this home was the perfect fit. We remodeled every room in the house and are excited to share it with others. We hope you love it as much as we do and that you can just relax and take a break from busy life.
What makes this property unique
The views from the living room, especially when the Bald Eagles perch on our trees. Love sitting in the hot tub and relaxing! Even the train is fun to watch when it goes by.
