1345 Pelican Watch Villa

This 1 bedroom, 2 bath has gorgeous ocean and beach views! Walk out your back door onto the beach boardwalk. From your deck you can breath in the salt air, hear the gentle ocean waves, and see the dolphins frolic. Shrimp boats float by each day, along with beautiful sailboats. You will be captivated by the nightly sunset views! This villa has been decorated with detail and is ready to make your vacation dreams a reality.

Enter this villa to an open living area. Beautiful wood floors run throughout each room. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The quartzite counters and white subway tile are clean and modern. There are stainless steel appliances and custom cabinets. A dining table easily seats six. Plus you have two counter stools which let you be a part of the meal preparation in the kitchen. The great room is anchored by sliding doors leading to the deck. You have a 60" TV available to stream all your favorites. A queen sleeper sofa can be used for any extra overnight guests. Head out to the covered deck and feel the warm sun and feel the low country breezes blow by. The deck comfortably seats three in the large teak chairs. A perfect spot for an afternoon nap, morning coffee or afternoon cocktail.

This villa has one bedroom with a king bed and a 32" TV. The master en-suite bath has ceramic tile flooring, quartzite vanity, and large tiled walk-in shower. There is a second guest bath in the hallway with walk-in tiled shower and quartzite vanity.

Also provided is wifi, linens, towels (please bring your own beach towels)

* Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2

This was one of the best rental properties we have stayed in on Seabrook Island. The owners clearly want their rental guests to enjoy their visit. It was clean, updated, organized, and stocked with plenty of essentials for our short long weekend stay. The sunset views from the porch are stunning!! Would absolutely recommend!

Perfect Anniversary Trip

This house was a perfect stay! The decor was stunning, the layout was spacious, and the views were gorgeous. We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the wildlife with the river in the back, and making a quick walk down to the river’s beach for stunning sunset views. The porch door to the boardwalk was convenient and made getting to and from the beach super easy!

wonderful first floor condo. Easy walk to the beach with just a few steps down to the walkway. We loved having nice beach chairs available. The kitchen was very well equipped and labeled. It was nice to have a large master bedroom and (2) full bathrooms with plenty of towels. The WiFi was spotty and the noise from the condo above was a bit unusual. Overall, it was a nice experience for us (just my wife and me).

We loved the slower pace and less crowded conditions of Seabrook Island (we are from the Hilton Head Island area) as it made enjoying vacation so much easier with ALOT less hassle. Our accomodations were sparkling clean and well equipped. We WILL be back!!

Family vacation

My husband and I stayed at 1345 Pelican Watch recently for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property overall is updated, comfortable, and clean. Pelican watch is very quiet , boardwalk to the beach is directly in front and just a short walk to the Beach Club for the pool and dining. Highly recommend.

The villa is beautiful. I loved the paintings in the primary bedroom. The walk to the beach is right in behind the villa, right off the porch. Having access to the amenity card was so helpful. Thank you. We lived our stay and will return in the future.

We loved staying in this villa! Especially appreciated how clean it was. Furniture and beds were all so comfortable, and the decor was beautiful and updated exactly as represented in the photos. The view is spectacular!! We had one tiny issue that I called about and it was immediately addressed and corrected. Would most definitely request to stay here again!

The unit was ok. Desperately needs additional ac duct ran to bedroom or a ceiling fan. Beachfront is a bit of a stretch. The beach area around the condo is off to the side of the island that is slightly blocked and going inland.

Weekend serendipity

This rental met all our expectations. Everything was clean, modern by today’s standards and very tastefully decorated in that organic but beachy vibe. This setting at Seabrook Island, that facies an ocean and river on either side was so unique. We felt the area was kept pristine and protected, unlike other flashy resorts. There is definitely a need for more rentals that respect the environment as this place certainly does. We would chose this rental again and would recommend to others, but not too many. I’d like this to be our well kept secret.

The description, location, space/layout, and cleanliness of the property were fantastic! It was gorgeous and quiet. The owners clearly care about their wonderful property, and it was incredibly relaxing once we got into this well appointed 1-bedroom with every amenity we wanted and more. The owners have thought of everything - even 2 types of coffee pot! The view was outstanding as well. Beach access was lovely. If you are not familiar with tides and their timing, you'll want to look into that before arrival (not an issue for us).This was a last-minute trip; I booked it only a few weeks in advance which did not mesh well with the Coastal Getaways' new system regarding check-in, car registration, and amenity cards. The things I had to do prior to arrival were cumbersome: download 2 apps, the inefficient addition/process of rental car info, and several phone calls about amenity cards because I wasn't receiving timely emails with the necessary account info. Nancy was very helpful, and were it not for her, I considered cancelling the reservation. The only reason I noted a 4 is because of the number of times I had to keep reaching out to Coastal Getaways via phone because their online system had a ton of wrinkles to iron out. I also do not prefer to have to depend on my phone to access places I have already checked into; I prefer to unplug when on vacation. That has nothing to do with the gorgeous property which is why the property earns 5 stars.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.

For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.

For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
