Balcony + terrace + courtyard. Ski Le Granier 2km, Entremont Desert 8km, St-Pierre-Chartreuse 20km. Thermal baths + lake Challes-les-Eaux 21km. Swimming pool 20km. Floor area: 35m². Country house in eco-construction approved "Ecogite" 2km from the slopes in the heart of the Chartreuse Natural Park. Splendid preserved natural setting (mountainous circle of meadows and forests). Absolute calm. Warm mountain character. Very cozy. Exposed terrace. Nice view of the massif.
