The house was exactly as shown in the pictures when booking. The house was great. Great host, and the house had what we needed for our stay. Thank you!
A great place to spend a white Christmas. Snowy views of mountain across the street. Comfortable couches by the fire and well-equipped kitchen. Minor issue: lingering pet hair from previous visitors or owner. But good and prompt communications with property manager.
Just came back from a great trip to the Adirondacks. The Mountaineer was a perfect choice for me, the home was clean, all newer appliances, etc and came nicely stocked. The host was very responsive and all in all, it was a great trip!
The house had everything we needed. It was very clean and nicely decorated. It had a very spacious living room with a large dining table. Other features was a front deck facing the forest across the street and an outdoor area with chairs and a fire pit. Very quiet and private location.
Fantastic Adirondack home in a fantastic location! The house had everything we needed for preparing meals. Beds were awesome, and loved the cozy fireplace.
The house was incredible! It was spacious, clean, and decorative. My family had a wonderful time here! The hosts and managers were so responsive, helpful and kind. The house was located in such a peaceful area close to many attractions and areas. It felt so comfortable and cozy. All appliances and everything worked great. Thank you for having us and we look forward to returning again.
This is a great place to stay if you are visiting the Adirondacks for hiking, boating, site seeing, or just a get away to relax. We had a great week of family time, check in was very easy, and the host and care taker were very responsive to questions about the place. The place was peaceful and private and loved all the decor! I recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the Adirondacks.
