My wife and I stayed here because it was strategically placed to our areas of interest (ex. Ausable Chasm, Ruhls Orchard, Lake Champlain, and the Stone Bridge and Caves. The cottage was clean and quiet and had everything we needed.

Great place. Comfortable furniture and beds. Plenty of room. Very close to Ausable Chasm, Ausable Point State Park, and Plattsburgh.

Beautiful cozy cabin

Loved this space along with the extra ammenities such as a charcuterie board laundry detergent puzzles and games that we enjoyed playing when snowed in :).

Adirondacks stay

A great spot from which to enjoy hiking and walking in the Adirondacks. The nearby Ausable Marsh is a gem. We saw great blue herons, an osprey nest, ducks, and other wildlife. Also highly recommended as a good point from which to visit Ticonderoga to the south, and Montreal to the north.

Very nice modern cabin with Adirondack hunting cabin decor. Well-equipped and a delicious charcuterie board as a welcome gift. The host has provided many thoughtful amenities. The washer and dryer were very convenient. The only improvement I can recommend would be a fabric mattress pad between the plastic mattress protector and the bottom sheet to make the bed even more comfortable.Evolve describes the cabin as having central heat and air conditioning. There is a mini-split and ceiling fan in the living room. You need to keep the first floor bedroom door open to allow the heat or air conditioning into the bedroom. It was fun to see a freight train go by on elevated tracks twice a day. We also enjoyed walking in nearby Ausable Point State Park to see blue herons and walking around Plattsburgh to see the amazing murals by Brandonart. Beautiful views of Lake Champlain are just north of the cabin on Route 9.
