Beautiful property!

A peaceful place with incredible views from every room! Located in a wonderful community with a lovely beach club. The hosts were very responsive when we had an issue with the pool. It was a very nice stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Jean-Luc’s beautiful home in Cap Bénat. It is a truly stunning area, surrounded by beautiful beaches, spectacular coastline and fabulous coastal walks, with vineyards nearby and easy access to the wonderful islands of Porquerolles and Port-Cros. There is so much to explore and enjoy.The house was a fantastic base for our family holiday, and we loved discovering this beautiful part of France. We certainly came home fitter after all the walking! The villa is at the top of a steep hill, so strong legs or a bike are definitely helpful. The nearby clubhouse also serves excellent food, with charming and welcoming staff.We had a few practical issues at the beginning because the usual concierge was unexpectedly unavailable following a family bereavement. Jean-Luc was incredibly responsive and did everything he could from a distance to help us. We later had the pleasure of meeting the usual concierge, who was absolutely lovely, charming, helpful and welcoming.Jean-Luc was a thoughtful and generous host who genuinely cared that we enjoyed our stay. He even left us a bottle of wine, which we brought back to the UK to enjoy with very happy memories of Cap Bénat.A beautiful home in a very special part of France. We would love to and will return.

Une maison magnifiquement rénovée perchée sur les hauteurs du Gaou Bénat avec une vue fantastique à 180 degrés sur la mer, les îles et les collines verdoyantes, on voit des mouettes survoler et l'on entend le chant des oiseaux, un endroit vraiment magique !La maison très bien conçue avec 4 belles chambres en suite, de beaux matériaux, est située à quelques minutes à pieds de très beaux chemins et sentiers de randonnées jusqu'à notamment Fort Brégançon à travers les vignes, le sentier du littoral, les vues !Nous avons passé un fabuleux séjour retrouvailles en famille avec nos filles et notre petit-fils, des amis du vélo, que de beaux parcours et cols, fêté un anniversaire, Le Lavandou port, la pizzeria Scusi, et le vieux village de Bormes-les-Mimosas, parfait !

Einzigartige Lage mit herrlichem 180 Grad Blick auf das Meer und die Inseln

Wir hatten tolle Tage auf Cap Benat unf fühlten uns wie in einem Adlerhorst. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und architektonisch mit seinem Natursteinen perfekt in die Landschaft integriert. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Unser Gastgeber war ausserordentlich freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.Kurzum: alles perfekt! 100% weiter zu empfehlen.Danke für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Séjour parfait !

Très belle maison superbement rénovée. Reste fraîche meme quand il fait très chaud. Vue panoramique incroyable sur la Méditerranée et les îles. Très bien équipée, literie de très bonne qualité. Domaine du Gaou et ses pizzas à emporter le soir, la supérette et sa plage privée est très appréciable avec des enfants, tout est facile !

Großartigerem Aufenthalt

Wir haben fast 2 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus verbracht. Die Meersicht ist unglaublich schön und man ist schon überwältigt beim Betreten des Hauses. Die Küche ist mit besten Geräten ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Und werden definitiv wieder kommen.
