Contemporary villa with swimming pool, exceptionally located by the sea
In the private and guarded domain of Gaou-Bénat, in Bormes-les-Mimosas, the villa is located on the seafront, facing a private cove. Access to the two private sandy beaches, the restaurant, tennis club, sailing school, grocery store with catering service, on the estate, is on foot (150 meters).

Architect villa, 8 people, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, air conditioning
The curved organic shape of the villa and its full height bay windows provide a panoramic sea view from the living room and 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Its dry stone walls, its roof terrace, its large terraces favor osmosis with the Mediterranean vegetation of mimosas, arbutus trees, holm oaks, agaves. The infinity pool, surrounded by a sunbathing beach, is located away, preserving the calm of the villa.
The contemporary or authentically vintage design furniture is neat. All rooms are air conditioned. Completely on one level, the villa is organized around the spacious living room extended by a large terrace facing the sea and a protected patio on the garden side. On one side of the living room:
- bedroom 1 with sea view, wardrobe, single beds 90 x 2, bathroom with WC
- bedroom 2 with sea view, wardrobe, desk, 160 bed (2x80 mattress), with cupboards, shower room with WC,
- bedroom 3 on patio, shelving cupboard, 140 bed, shower room
- guest WC,
On the other side of the living room:
- fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, wine cellar)
- master suite with sea view, double wardrobe, four-poster bed 140, bathroom with jetted tub and WC.
Additional equipment: washing machine, dryer, TV, DVD player, WiFi, Hifi speakers, Wii, board games.
Outdoor services: shower, ping-pong table, bowling green, BBQ, parking space.
Rental from Saturday to Saturday. Weekly cleaning included. Bed, bathroom and pool linen provided.

Access for travelers:
The private domain of Gaou-Bénat, is located opposite the Iles d'Or du Levant, Port-Cros and Porquerolles (30 minutes by boat), near the medieval village of Bormes-les-Mimosas, the fort of Brégançon, the golf de Valcros, and 45 minutes from Saint-Tropez.
Toulon-Hyères international airport and the TGV station (direct from Paris) are 30 minutes by car. Nice airport 2 hours by motorway.

Fabulous villa and location!

We had such an amazing stay at the villa. A really beautiful home in such a great location. Close to two sand beaches, one with restaurant, even closer walk to rockpools for snorkelling, and tennis courts. The house had everything we needed for two families, all rooms with aircon and bathrooms, table tennis, lux pool and even did some baking in the fully equipped kitchen. Would love to come back again someday!

Wir, 4 Erwachsene und 2 Hunde, haben fantastische Ferien in dieser ausserordentlich geschmackvollen Location verbracht.Die Lage der Villa ist genial. Fast von jedem Punkt des Anwesens kann man das Meer sehen. Den Sonnenaufgang haben wir sogar vom Bett aus bewundert.Die Gesamtausstattung des Hauses ist großzügig, die Küche ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Sie lässt es aber trotzdem an nichts fehlen. Die Matratzen in den Schlafzimmern sind bequem und auch für empfindliche Rücken geeignet.Gerne kommen wir wieder an diesen unglaublich schönen Ort.BernadetteDer Pool ist riesig, sehr gepflegt, nur Ende September bereits ein wenig kalt.

Magnifique maison, calme et intimité assurés, avec vue splendide sur mer en face

5 adultes, un enfant, un chien- semaine parfaite pour tous. Tout correspond au descriptif de l'annonce. La vue sur la mer par contre est indescriptible. Qu'on soit sur une terrasse, dans le séjour ou dans une des trois chambres (sur les 4) - vue époustouflante sur la mer en face. L'équipement de la maison est impeccable - les lits autant que les ustensiles de cuisine, la piscine, les chaises et transats, ...je ne peux pas tout énumérer. Si on a un petit souci, le propriétaire est extrêmement réactif et le problème est résolu au plus vite. Nous recommandons vivement.

Très belle propriété

Nous avons séjourné dans une magnifique propriété située dans un domaine privé et paisible, bénéficiant d'une double exposition est-ouest. Notre séjour a été des plus agréables, au calme et loin du tumulte. Les routes environnantes offrent un accès facile au golfe de Saint-Tropez, en traversant les superbes vignobles de la région. La maison elle-même est un véritable havre de paix, très agréable à vivre. Les fenêtres à galandage sont un atout majeur, permettant d'ouvrir le salon et les chambres sur une vue imprenable sur la mer. Nous avons été enchantés par cette expérience et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Traumhaus

Das Haus war absolut traumhaft. Der Blick durch die großen Fenster oder von der Terrasse auf das Meer sorgte jedesmal für ein „ wow“. Das Haus war hervorragend ausgestattet und sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool war wirklich sehr schön und groß nur noch ein bisschen zu kalt zu dieser Jahreszeit. Das Grundstück ist herrlich angelegt und bietet viele Möglichkeiten für die Familie wie Boulespielen, Tischtennis oder Federball. Die kleine Bucht direkt unterhalb des Hauses ermöglicht es in kristallklarem Wasser zu baden und war meistens menschenleer. Wir hatten selten ein so schönes Ferienhaus und hoffen, dass wir noch einmal dort einen Urlaub verbringen können.

Sehr schönes Haus mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Bucht. Leider war kein richtiger Grill vorhanden und ein Bett hat gequitscht. Sonst war alles in Ordnung

Schöner und ruhiger Ort im Herbst

Grosszügige Villa, die schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist (einige Steckdosen und WC -Halterung im Badezimmer brauchen Überarbeitung) . Sehr unkomplizierter Unterweisung ins Haus und schnelle Reaktion der Hausbesitzer bei Anfragen und Wünschen.

Oase der Ruhe in traumhafter Umgebung

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne, sehr erholsame Wochen in diesem tollen Haus verbracht! Es gibt 2 Terassen, einen tollen Pool, der durch die Tiefe sehr großzügig zum Schwimmen einlädt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend - können diesen Ort wärmstens empfehlen. Merci !!

Die Villa ist traumhaft schön. Durch das nach vorne und hinten verglaste Wohnzimmer entsteht ein großartiges Raumgefühl. Herrlicher Panoramablick auf das Meer, qualitativ sehr hochwertige Möbel, mit Liebe und Großzügigkeit eingerichtet. ungerechtfertigte Nachforderung

Das Objekt ist sehr schön, aber das Verhalten der Vermieterin ist sehr zu hinterfragen. Zwei Tage bevor wir abgereist sind, hat die Geschirrspülmaschine nicht mehr abgepumpt. Die daraus entstehenden Reparaturkosten und die Reinigung eines Siphons einer Badewanne (die wir nur einmal benutzt haben) will die Vermieterin uns nunmehr in Rechnung stellen. Wir werden diese Forderung nicht erfüllen und ich weiß noch nicht wie das weitergeht.

Merveilleux séjour dans cette maison ouverte sur la mer

Accueil très chaleureux de la part de Madame Rostolland et très grande disponibilité des propriétaires de la maison. Maison avec vue imprenable sur la mer grâce à ses grandes baies vitrées de part et d'autre de la maison. Gaou Bénat in der Villa Emuoko, wir kommen wieder !

Wir waren mit 6 Personen für zwei Wochen im Haus, die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war sehr angenehm und selbst bei einem kleinem Problem am Sonntagmorgen wurde sofort reagiert und ein Handwerker bestellt für den selben Tag ! Unglaublich nett, danke! Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung, es ist sehr gross mit einem sehr schönen Pool, alle Schlafzimmer haben ein modernes Bad, das Wohnzimmer ist leider etwas düster eingerichtet, hier wäre eine modernere Einrichtung angenehmer. Die Küche ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und für 6 Personen eigentlich was die Kochgelegenheiten betrifft zu klein, jedoch gibt es einen Weinkühlschrank und zwei weitere Kühlschränke ,sehr schön. Gläser,Besteck und Geschirr sind ausreichend vorhanden, es fehlt etwas an Kochgeschirr aber es hat immer irgendwie geklappt. Es fehlte auch nicht an Kleinigkeiten wie, Waschmittel, Reinigunsmittel oder Frischhaltefolie etc. . Der Garten ist typisch für die Gegend, er ist gepflegt und die Oleanderbüsche sind sehr schön. Was ein wenig schade ist, ist das eben diese Büsche die Aussicht ,die wirklich spektakulär ist, verdecken, schade. Am Pool, der gross und tief ist, gibt es sechs Liegen und zwei weitere auf der Terrasse. Vor dem Haus kann geparkt werden, auch mit zwei Fahrzeugen. Die Schlafräume haben Klimaanlagen und alle Räume verfügen über elektrische Rollläden. Alle Betten waren mit schöner und sauberer Bettwäsche bei Ankunft bezogen und jedes Bad hatte Badevorleger sowie Bade/und Handtücher. Der Check In mit der Verwalterin Catharine war sehr gut ,besonders hervorheben möchten wir, wie sehr nett und freundlich sie ist, sie hat auch während des Aufenthaltes nachgefragt ob es uns gefällt und alles in Ordnung ist !Dies war ebenso mit den Eigentümern ,Dankeschön! Wer den Gaou Bénat kennt, weiss wie ausgezeichnet die Lage ,die Ruhe und das gesamte Anwesen ist, ein Kleinod an der Cote Azur. Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich sehr gut, gleich an den kleinen Fusswegen, der Weg zu den beiden Stränden, der kleine Supermarkt alles fussläufig zu erreichen, Tennisplätze und Abfallkontainer ebenfalls fussläufig. Unser Fazit: wir würden sehr sehr gerne Wiederkommen, das Haus ist nahezu perfekt und die Eigentümer und die Verwalterin sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Wir können es wirklich empfehlen ! Danke für den tollen Urlaub !

Presque le paradis

La ville est absolument splendide et décorée avec grand goût. Rien ne manque: salle de douche/bain pour chaque chambre, grande piscine à débordement, terrain de pétanque, cuisine super équipée et j'en oublie. La vue est, elle aussi, magnifique. Les lève-tôt peuvent assister à un superbe lever de soleil. Et tout le monde peut profiter d'un panorama sur la grande bleue. Les soirées sur la terrasse auraient pu être tout aussi magiques. Malheureusement, à peine illuminée cette terrasse était envahie de frelons, nous obligeant soit à demeurer dans la pénombre soit à finir la soirée à l'intérieur. Peut-être serait-il utile de baisser la quantité et la puissance des spots sur la terrasse et d'en ajouter 1 ou 2 à l'extrémité du jardin pour y attirer ces envahisseurs. Tout comme les moustiques, qui , eux aussi, ont perturbé notre séjour.

Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve dans un endroit idyllique. Les plages sont accessibles à pied en 5mn, la piscine est magnifique. Un bel endroit tranquille, la villa est à l’abri des regards indiscrets, pas de vis à vis, aucun bruit de voiture! Idéal pour se ressourcer, je ne peux que recommander cette location...
