floors could have been cleaner. The shelf where the towels were kept had a weird plastic thing on it that was yellow and disscussting making the towel gross. Overall not too bad, but if you're a clean freak .....

We will be back for sure. Place was everything we could have asked for. Dock was right across the street for our boat. Close to everything you could possibly want or need in Marathon.

The property was beautiful and the host was very accommodating. They worked with us when we had an issue and I really appreciated that. The only thing I wish I would have known was that Florida deals with sargassum seaweed in the summer months and that impacts the beach on the property. It’s mother nature, but I wish I would have been more informed so that I could plan accordingly.

Very nice stay. Unfortunately the sargassum was terrible so the beach and pool were unusable as we couldn’t stand to be outside due to the smell. Everything was clean and in good working order. Had no issues that needed resolved. Would love to come back when Mother Nature would cooperate. Would recommend to anyone.

The property more than met our expectations. The manager and maintenance went out of their way to accommodate everyone and make them feel welcome. The pool/beach view can't be beat. Definitely planning on a return in the near future.

We absolutely loved our stay here! My kids lived in the pool and the ocean for 4 days. The condo itself had a quirky layout, but it was everything we needed. It was clean, the kitchen is fully stocked, the staff are wonderful and even cut down and cut open a coconut for my kids to try. The price was great for the area and we'd definitely stay there again!

The battery for the lock box to get our key had died and we were unable to get our key for the first couple hours. We were there luckily other people had the same problem and somebody went up to the office and we were able to get our key, the only other bad thing was the beach was unusable and covered in seaweed and trash with a horrible smell now this problem is not local to this condo. Apparently it is a yearly problem throughout Key West so I do not blame them for that but no one told us that that was going on. We probably would have not gone. Had we known that but all in all the property was very nice very quiet and we did enjoy the pool.

The place was beautiful just a heads up for the ppl visiting in June and July there is a lot of seaweed on the beach couldn’t get in the water cause it was so thick. The smell was awful smelled like a septic tank was overflowing. Everything else was really nice tho.

We enjoyed the private beach, pool and hot tub. The villa needed some repair (broken lock on sliding glass door, screws loose on stair railing, table lamps in upstairs living room were about to fall apart). and the bathrooms were quite small. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. It was very clean. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.
