About this property

Nid D'aigle au Dessus des Toits de Paris

The studio is located on the 7th floor (no lift) and offers a breathtaking view of the Paris rooftops, particularly the Republican Guard’s riding arena, where you can watch the horses stretch their legs!

The studio consists of a main room with three large windows, including an alcove featuring a bull’s-eye window that gives the space a quintessentially Parisian charm. A fourth window is located in the bathroom. As a result, the studio is very bright.
