The location you can't beat! Two blocks from beach and you can catch free rides on the main road to the two eating and ahopping areas. The pool was so fun and clean. The house was clean with all the amenities you need including beach stuff. We would recommend and would love to stay again.

Spacious home

Great set-up for two families traveling together. Home was exactly as described in listing. Appreciated use of beach chairs. We had a few minor issues but owners were very responsive and helped get them resolved quickly. We would stay there again.

Great place!

This is a great property! Great location - Very short walk to the beach and just a couple minute drive to the Siesta Village. The pool was super nice and refreshing! The house had plenty of room, lots of beach gear and bikes - even beach towels to use. The only negative was a lot of construction down the street, so a lot of construction vehicles, dumpster, piles of debris - presumably from the hurricane, but this is all temporary. We had a great time!

Another great vaca at this house!

This was our 3rd time staying at this wonderful house! Can't say enough great things about the location, pool, and house. My 8 year old raves about the pool (easily spent 4 hours in it some days) and the proximity to the beach. My 12 year old also loves the pool and keeping an eye out for manatees in the canal. My parents are in their 80s and appreciate the new bed and comfort height toilets. We all love the lanai, kitchen, location! We will be back next year!

All that Siesta Key has to Offer

Canal side, heated pool, short walk to the beach and a quick bike ride to the village. Great living areas with huge open kitchen and comfy bedrooms. Great TV for watching the big game and a grill for making burgers. Could not have had a better experience.

Lovely home in a peaceful location

The house is in a lovely residential neighborhood near the main Siesta beach and also walkable to the Village. Bikes and beach supplies are supplied so you have everything you need for a fun vacation. We especially enjoyed the salt water pool which was a treat after a day on the beach. The home is furnished with very comfortable seating - far superior to other rentals we have done on Siesta Key. The large well equipped kitchen and dining area suited our family perfectly!

Lovely vacation home

This house was perfect for our multi generational family in every way. The split floorplan separates the bedrooms by family so the little ones didn't wake each other up. There is a family suite with a door connecting two of the bedrooms. The ranch style means there are no stairs to contend with when your are going out to the pool, and the pool area is visible from inside the house which is pretty and practical. The house is super clean and very refreshed with comfy seating and a very large kitchen. The pool has a nice area for sitting and is shady in the afternoon when you want shade. The owners are responsive and helpful. Everything was perfect!

Perfect in every way!

This was our second year here. Description is perfect. Homeowners are responsive and addressed all our concerns promptly. Kitchen is great - very well equipped & clean. We used the 4 seater high top for games & the LARGE dining table for eating when it was too cool outside. The 4 bedrooms are spacious. One now has a twin and a queen instead of 2 twins. Ample storage. Bathrooms have a MCM feel with an interesting step down into the shower. Everything is in great condition & very clean. Outdoor shower was great after a beach day! Just a heads up that one bedroom is next to master bath and connects to master via a pocket door. It has its own entrance from the hall as well. The living room is great with a LARGE very comfortable couch and extra seating. There are a few games and puzzles as well as a few books. We didn't spend much time indoors though when we did, we opened all the sliders to the amazing lanai! Aaaah, the lanai! It was perfect in every way! Couch and chairs were comfy. Dining table comfortably seats 6 and we extended with the folding table and chairs. So nice to be outdoors but protected from the elements and insects. The salt pool is amazing! My girls spent upwards of 8 hours in the pool. Plenty of beach towels. Garage is filled with the ALL the beach stuff including a wagon and backpack chairs. Bikes and helmets too! Grill is outside. Laundry is big with laundry sink and a place to hang things up. We used the drying rack on the lanai for bathing suits.
