This unit and host are fantastic. Location, amenities, cleanliness, both inside and on the property were all well appointed. This was our second stay and we plan to return again next year!
Great stay - exactly as described, easy interactions with host, easy access to property. Very convenient North Scottsdale location, was perfect for our weekend stay.
Perfect place for me to stay. Had all the amenities I needed and walking distance to restaurants and to the clinic that I was attending. Very friendly, accommodating, and responsive hosts.
We enjoyed everything about this condo - location, amenities, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen and bathroom - couldn’t ask for more. We plan to return!

Thank you for the enthusiastic review! We'll be refreshing some items in the property. Come back soon!
The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was tastefully decorated and a convenient location. I booked last minute and was so happy it was a a available.
The Condo is in such a great location, close to places to dine or shop. Very nice and comfortable place to stay! The Host is very nice and easy to get ahold of if needed!
Thank you!
The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The layout was unique, with a door between the two bedrooms, but it wasn’t an issue. The bathroom was nice with the double sinks and vanities and large garden tub. The bedroom closets were nice-sized, too, and complete with multiple hangers so it was easy to stow away our luggage and hang up clothing.
This condo was very clean, furnishings were lovely and it was very well-maintained. The master bed is the only one I used during my stay and it was extremely comfortable. Very good layout with separate spaces to eat and socialize/watch TV. Very close to pool/workout facility.

Thank you for your very supportive review, Lisa! You are welcome back anytime!
Very accurate description of this property. Clean, organized, well maintained. Very comfortable place to stay. Friendly and polite neighbors in a well kept complex. Great location and property management was very prompt and helpful (Thanks David!).
Very well-appointed & well-maintained 2BR/1BA unit. Cleanliness was pristine. Plenty of silverware & dishes, bathroom was stocked with several different sizes of towels, and the bathtub is huge. Kitchen also had everything I needed and the complex is in a great location near all the hotspots in Scottsdale. Enjoyed the few days I spent here as the complex was quiet and ultra clean.
Was just as advertised. Clean and tidy. Many books and good TV package. Kitchen had everything you might need. Beds and couch were comfy. Thanks to David.
Had a wonderful stay in north scottsdale condo and was able to train for 3 weeks prior to the start of baseball season!

Not sure why we're being "penalized" a star here, based on his comment. I was kind enough to take his initial phone call and provide check-in information already provided online. Also, these guests inappropriately had packages mailed to the property, so it is possible he didn't like my pointing this out to him. I've noticed VRBO guests occasionally treat these STR rentals as hotel rooms, which they are not, or they treat them as their own long-term homes. I would say they fall somewhere "in between" with their own parameters, which should be fairly obvious.
The place was in a great location. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I can say is the condo complex is confusing. It would have been great to have a map so we knew where we were coming in different entrances! Just a minor problem and would certainly use the condo again if ever in Phoenix
Well stocked place and as long as you aren’t obnoxious you’re free to be you. My only “complaint” is that it was difficult to find the unit the first time. The parking space number pattern has no rhyme nor reason. Once we figured it out the unit was actually very accessible.

Dinging the property a star would seem a bit harsh for trouble incurred finding the unit. The lack of correlation between the number of the unit and its numbered parking spot is already plain from the information we provide in advance--rather than something to be realized only upon arrival. No one has ever complained about this issue. Nevertheless, in addition to the instructions provided, we will endeavor to include a photo of the front of the building.
