Apartment in Les Sables d'Olonne in a small, very quiet co-ownership property 300m from the rocky coastline.
Large terrace of 17m² with parasol and two sunbeds.
The accommodation is located in the Chaume district, with lively quays 1km away.
For beaches, several options: either the wild Paracou beach 1km on foot through the dunes, or the Grande Plage des Sables 2km away (need to take the ferry - sea bus) or last option the Ombret basin (water retention area with a small beach) 800m away.
Accommodation:
- Living room-lounge-kitchen with TV, fold-down bed of 140 (hidden in the wardrobe)
- Closed corridor with two bunk beds of 90
- Bathroom with shower and washing machine
- Separate toilet
- Kitchen with Tassimo coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, microwave
- Loggia between the living room and the terrace
Bed and toilet linen are not provided but can be rented according to your needs
Cleaning must be done at the end of the stay
Animals are accepted except cats (allergy problem)
