This is an upscale and comfy home with community amenities that include access to a private beach club with an oceanfront pool and a cabana. This house offers ocean and waterway views. Almost!

The house has a great location, layout, and the community pool was a nice bonus. We loved Holden the beaches and food were very good. The dark brown carpet and furniture makes things seem dark and dirty. However, upon inspection it was actually very clean. New floors and indoor/ outdoor furniture upgrades would make this place perfect. The Vacasa team was outstanding to work with from booking to departure.

Family Gathering!!!!

What an awesome home to have the family gather without being on top of each other every waking minute. Plenty of room to spread out and the views for morning coffee are pretty awesome.

Great vacation home

Very short walk to the beach. The house was well appointed with lots of room for our family of 8. Great back decks with a beautiful wide view of the ocean and beach.

Beautiful property with a great view

Property has beautiful views, clean and easy check in process. Easy walk to beach. Good location in a quiet neighborhood. We would book this property again. You want be disappointed.
