Bay Village Suites welcomes you to stay in one of our recently renovated high efficiency micro-apartments. At just 180 square feet the suite is beautifully furnished and because of its size we are able to offer exceptional prices!

Bay Village Suites welcomes you to stay in one of our recently renovated high efficiency micro-apartments. At just 180 square feet the suite is beautifully furnished and because of its size we are able to offer exceptional prices!

You'll be renting a room a queen size memory foam bed TV for streaming, desk and for space savings a limited kitchen. The recently renovated bathroom is very small size with stand up shower. Photos may be of similar listing!

This cozy micro-apartment is right in the heart of Boston. For space saving reasons your room has limited kitchen. The kitchenette has a efficiency size refrigerator, toaster, microwave, and coffee pot. No stove top or oven.

You'll receive high quality towels and linens, shampoo and conditioner, an iron, ironing board, and a hair dryer.

Cute and Convenient

The room was perfect for what we needed - great location and it was cute inside. The heating unit worked great. Building is old, but has its charm. Communication with the property manager was also really smooth, they are very responsive and everything went according to plan. We had a nice stay that served it's purpose for what we needed.

Nice but loud

The apartment was nice, bed was comfortable, and the shower was fine. However, it was very noisy. It's in an older building and when normal traffic comes up and down the stairs, it sounds like someone is trying to enter your room. As a solo traveller, the noises made sleeping quite uneasy, but I think if I was traveling with another person it would have felt a bit safer.

Good for the price

The building is really old but the room has been updated. Seems like it was done recently. The furniture is pretty updated. They also seem to maintain it well and keep it clean. Other than it being a really old building with some quirky things that come with that, it was a pleasant stay. They do a great job communicating too. It’s well ran. Just enjoy staying in an old building! That made it fun for me. :)

Very poor condition. Cob webs all over the apartment. I let them know at least 3x of the issue and it was never taken care of. The apartment was very minimal and was not worth the money spent.

Requested a queen size bed. My husband is 6'2" so sleeping was almost impossible. Heater/air conditioning unit did not work. It took almost 24 hours til someone came to fix it. Worked for another 3 hours when it went out again. Tried calling the number provided either got voicemail or told the office was closed. Would never stay at this property again which is disappointing because the location is walkable to many things.

Love Hate Relationship with the Stairs

So much charm! We loved how much character was offered in the slanted stairs. However, they proved to be difficult when carrying 50 lb. bags. The location was perfect, close walk to restaurants and drug stores. Lovely neighborhood behind the building which offers a takeout breakfast place. We felt safe in the building and neighborhood. The room was well equipped and clean. Thanks!

The place was very quaint and exactly as described! Very clean and met our needs perfectly for my husband and I. Great response time from our host when we had a little trouble connecting Wi-Fi.
