OCEAN FRONT amazing east end home on beautiful Holden Beach. PET FRIENDLY with spectacular panoramic ocean views. Beach access is across the low traffic street. Lovely inverted floor plan beach home with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and sleeps 8. There is 1 King, 2 Queen and 2 Twin beds. Cleanliness is a priority and fresh linens are furnished and beds are made upon arrival. There are hardwood floors throughout and ocean views from 3 of the 4 bedrooms, 2 of which open onto a covered deck. The first floor has 3 bedrooms. A king bedroom with private bath. A queen bedroom and the twin bedrooms which share a jack and jill bathroom. The washer/dryer is also located on this level. Second level is a queen bedroom with private bath. Also on this level is a 1/2 bath off the living area. The living area opens onto a large upper porch with chairs and rockers. There is a large dining table that seats 8 and is also great for board games. The kitchen is fully equipped new appliances and solid surface countertops.
There is also an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water and dressing area.
Plenty of parking for 4 cars. The house offers free high speed wifi and is a great option when working remotely.
If you must work while vacationing there is a handy folding desk in the upper level bedroom closet.

Great vacation

This is the second year we have rented this property for our beach vacation and it was another great experience. Perfect location and the elevator made it possible for grandparents to enjoy the week as well. The property manager, Gina, was super nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

"Holden" on to Fond Memories

Property was great and met all of our family needs. Pet friendly, which is so hard to find in a beach front home. Access to the beach was great and the elevator was a life saver for the senior members of our family. We will forever "Hold-On" to the memories we made at Holden Beach.

Beautiful home with amazing views! House was perfect for our trip with with older parents with some health issues. The elevator was perfect for getting up & down with ease. The house was clean & we had everything we needed to cook meals for all 8 of us. We definitely enjoyed our trip & would absolutely stay again!

We've been coming to Holden for about 20 yrs. and this has been our favorite property. We love the East side, the elevator is a god send for our older dog (and us), and the place is very spacious. It's hard to find nice places with pets on the water, this is the best!

Great beach week

We had a great week at Holden and enjoyed this house. It was clean and the views and beach access were superb. The elevator was fantastic. My dad has mobility issues and the elevator allowed him to enjoy the week. It was also nice that the house manager, Gina, met us and showed us around upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this home.

Spectacular and peaceful beach home

We were visiting with our oldest son, daughter in law and grandbabies. This home was perfect for all of us to be together. We were all able to have our own privacy when needed. We had easy access to the beach. The view from both balconies were incredible. The kitchen was well stocked for us. I definitely would recommend this home.

Amazing Vacation Spot!

A spectacular home in an unparalleled setting! From owner hospitality to breathtaking sunset views, we could not have chosen a more perfect vacation spot. The home is immaculate and provides an array of relaxing options, from enjoying oceanfront views on one of the two decks to reading a novel or trying your hand at a lighthouse puzzle (also provided by the owners). We highly recommend both the property and the location - it was a memorable stay, and we will return! Thank you!

Great views and without overwhelming crowds

Our family really enjoyed our time together. The views and beach location was fantastic. We enjoyed the surrounding area and were happy to not be overwhelmed by crowds. The house was spacious and the elevator which serviced the top floor only was nice for bringing in and packing out our luggage. The house was beautifully decorated. Although, an update to furniture and mattresses is needed though as they are showing there age and usage. Lastly, while the house was overall clean, there was an obvious lack of detailed cleaning. Accumulated, dust and dirt in corners and dried food in the garage can was unappealing. The deck and furniture also needs to be cleaned and refurbished.

Excellent Location

We had a nice Spring Break in spite of the nasty weather. The house is in an excellent location: very quiet and excellent views! We were able to bring our dogs which made it a lovely vacation for the family. For future renters, note that the elevator does not stop at the main sleeping floor, so luggage needs to be ferried to the top floor, that has only one queen bed, and then carried down to the bedrooms. Also, the beds are not especially comfortable. The kitchen and living area are well equipped and have lovely views. The balconies are wonderful for taking in the sea air and relaxing. Overall we recommend this rental, especially if you have dogs.

Recipe to be a family hero: 1. Rent Hold-on-Beach. 2. Invite family. 3. Everybody loves the house and thinks you are a genius. Seriously, a beautifully and fully furnished house (includes spices!) on a quiet, scenic beach.

Relaxed comfort, fabulous views, easy beach access!

Our 7 family members greatly enjoyed our Memorial weekend stay. Top floor kitchen/ living space with outside deck was our favorite gathering spot. Kitchen had good storage and new appliances. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Lots of windows and an additional second floor deck gave every room a view. Private outside hot & cold shower was a plus along with a few portable beach chairs. Beach access was nearby. The elevator (ground floor to top floor only) was essential because of all the stairs. We appreciated the friendly, personal welcome by property manager, and the prompt responses to our questions by property manager and owners.

Thank you for stopping to look at our new home. Just like you, we found Hold-On-Beach on VRBO, while looking for a relaxing family beach get-a-way. At the time, the three most important things to my family were being close to the beach/ocean, cleanliness and the ability to work remotely from the house. Hold-On-Beach succeeded my expectations and the fantasy of owning an ocean front home become a reality. Now that this is our family home, it is important to me that visitors to our house are able to have the same experience I did. I strive to make sure the house is clean and everything is in working order so guests can relax, have fun and can also feel comfortable that, if necessary, they can schedule an important business video conference call from the home. I have two young children, so I look forward to my kids growing up in the house and making a lifetime of memories. Hopefully you can make some great memories here too.

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location. This house is as close to the beach as possible, without being directly on the sand and without a private path, which is ideal to me. The dunes and street in between the house and the ocean give us added protection. We are located on the east end of Holden-Beach, which is extremely quiet and experiences very little traffic compared to the west end. The location is also wonderful because it allows you to sit out on the deck, watch surfers and the sunset, all without every leaving the house or getting sandy.
