Our first trip to Holden Beach was a success!!!! Chad's beach house was just what we needed. Everything from the direct beach access to privacy, convenience, and too many amenities to mention in this post.... this place was perfect. We filled up 3 of the 4 bedrooms, and once inside our bedroom, we couldn't hear any of our other guests. So quiet. So peaceful. Chad is a great host with a great "peace" of property. Oh... and the beach view from the master bedroom balcony was absolutely amazing!!!!I highly recommend this place.

Exceptionally nice property on Oceanfront. Great beach and quiet and respectful families and couples in neighboring places. Well appointed furnishings and well supplied kitchen. Easy check in and check out hosting. Beach accessories nicely provided. Lovely 2 balcony beach views. We loved the atmospherics. Great beach towels provided! Bath amenities and linens could benefit from an upgrade, especially given the price(specifically bath towels, soap and toilet paper). I also would apply safety strips to step ups and step downs at rear and side doors. ( we had 3 trips and 1 fall). Great that charcoal and lighter fluid are provided with Weber kettle grill! All in all a great site. A few small refinements will make it almost perfect! Thank you Chad! We are strongly considering returning next year.
