Cabin and surroundings are as perfect as they sound. Loved every minute and look forward to returning. The host and her "onsite" support group are the best!!!
What a beautiful home, in a beautiful area! My wife and I spent a week exploring, hiking and relaxing, and this spot was a perfect home base. Highly recommend and we look forward to returning in the future.

Wild location. Can’t beat it. You can creek walk from your door. Great unique comfortable cabin. Lots of interesting and informative things to read. Fun for kids. Close to Hells Backbone and a very cool coffee shop.
This is a really nice house in a wonderful location. We very much enjoyed our stay. It is not well stocked (the coffee pot didn't work), so plan accordingly.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Canyon House. Was exactly what we were looking for. House is in such a beautiful setting. Well stocked. Loved our evening fires. Had amazing meals at Hells Backbone Grill and Sweetwater Kitchen. Kiva Koffeehouse was excellent also. Hikes, road trips and stars at night. Highly recommend!! Thanks for sharing your home.

The view of the night sky was excellent. It was the location that caught my attention. Definitely off the beaten path. Private. Eating dinner on the porch was my favorite. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. I would love to spend a week there.
Great location for exploring the northern part of Grand Staircase. You are actually staying in the monument boundaries Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Deer grazing out front.
It's hard to imagine a better location for a vacation rental. This was our second time staying here and we hope to be back again. The house and location are unique and memorable--it feels like you're camping in your own corner of canyon country, but with all the comforts of a modern home. If you can stay here, do!
The Escalante Canyon Retreat is a very secluded beautiful home. We especially loved how the property is surrounded by trees and native nature. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful home and the location was amazing. Our view from the dining table at breakfast set such a positive mood for the rest of our day and star gazing at night was such a treat to us city dwellers! The home itself had beautiful touches of stone and tile which added to a comfortable esthetic stay. We loved it! A nice added feature is the close proximity to Kiva Coffee!! We loved it.
