This is such a cute property. Very clean, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Melanie and her husband went above and beyond. Definitely will stay here again.

This adorable little house was perfect for our visit to Escalante. It’s very cozy, it had everything we needed and the hosts are fabulous!! I would highly recommend this property, we are already planning a future stay!

The Little House is a jewel in Escalante. I used it as a home base for hiking, visiting national parks, relaxing, and even working remotely when the situation arose. I appreciate the flawless wifi to take care of those work responsibilities. Melani is as responsive as it gets if you need anything, and Alan was a joy to chat to. I especially enjoyed the privacy fence in the backyard as I sat and watched the hummingbirds flit about. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We just LOVED the little house! When we first walked in we thought, oh my, this is awfully small. But it became immediately clear that it was so efficiently organized (and adorable) that we were very comfortable. Melani was very responsive and it was a real treat staying there. Highly recommended!

The property was wonderful! We had everything we needed. We used The Tiny House as our base camp to visit Capitol Reef NP and many of the SPs and byways and overlooks. The owner is very friendly and stays on top of any concerns you might have.
