Juniper guests have access to the Timberline Collection's shared communal area, seating, a picnic table, a new grill, and a large umbrella. It's a natural gathering spot for the whole building, and a great way to enjoy TC without going anywhere.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Steps from the TART Trail, The Filling Station, Raduno, and all the walkable goodness of this stretch of Traverse City. There's a nightclub behind the building. Lower-floor units are naturally a little more buffered from the street-level sound, and the room's sound machine covers the rest. We're always upfront about this, most guests find it a non-issue once they're settled in.

‼️Important Pet Policy: This is a strictly non-pet-friendly property. Pets are not permitted under any circumstances. Guests who bring an unauthorized pet onto the property will be charged a $250 fine

Elevated Homes & Hospitality requires a 14 day refresh for any guest staying longer than 30 days with us. This wonderful service provides you with a fresh linen exchange, amenity restocking and a light clean to freshen up the home. Please note there will be an additional fee for this amenity.
