Lake front home on some of the most highly desired real estate on beautiful Lake Brownwood. This property is located in the deep water of Mountain View Estates.

Home is 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths with a sleeper sofa in the living room. Large patio and deck perfect for relaxing and hanging out with family and friends. Access to dock for swimming and fishing.

Property is located in close proximity to the award winning The Hideout Golf Course and Resort. It is conveniently located about a mile away from a public boat ramp and 8 miles from town. There is a small grocery store, bait shop, & Dollar General less than 4 miles away.

The Wild Duck Marina is on the lake and the perfect place to wind down after a long day in the sun. Live entertainment every weekend all summer long!

Relaxation is key. There is a TV with DVD player and movies available. Streaming services can be used with renters accounts as well.

Property has an alarm system. There is also one camera on the back of the house pointed toward the boat dock and one camera on the boat dock pointed towards the lake.

The Lake Shack!!

We had a wonderful time!!! The back por h was definitely everyones favorite...we bar b qued, built a fire in the fire pit and fished off the boat dock... the view of the lake is absolutely beautiful from the dock and the neighbors were super nice. Would definitely stay again!!!!

Perfect weekend with friends and family!

This home provided plenty of space for 3 families! Outdoor area was perfect for the kids to play/explore and enjoy the sunset over the lake! The home owners provided everything we needed from lawn chairs to charcoal for the grill. We will definitely stay here again!

Sized right for lakeside gathering

It was the right size for our family gathering. I would say it was built in the 1960s, so it has some age on it. We all enjoyed the spacious living room, nice-sized kitchen and 2 full baths and a half bath. We had to clean the outdoor areas. Very dirty. The frig door was full of used itemd. Pots and pans old, grungy and unusable.
