House is beautiful , spacious and clean I just wish the porch would have been clean and free of spiders (yes I'm very scared of spiders) and the dock more accessible to us elderly folks but our kids enjoyed fishing off of it even if I never made it down there .

Our communication with the host was great. The home was very spacious. As far as cleanliness, we feel that the cleaning crew should pay a little more attention to detail to fixtures Over eating areas that have cobwebs and spiders hanging from them. Neither toilet was working properly. We were not able to entertain outside on the patio deck because the furniture was very dirty. A lot of cobwebs, and a lot of dead gnats and spiders everywhere. The dock as well was in the same condition.

Fishing Trip

Our stay was good; we will rebook and stay again. The only small negative thing I would say is that the drive from the public boat ramp is about 30 minutes. So, if you are going to load and unload your boat daily, it's something you have to plan for.....overall, I'd recommend it to my friends.

Awaiting the eclipse

The property was a seemingly pretty new doublewide trailer with easy access to a lake with a dock for fishing. There was a nice back porch for eating meals. We were able to drive into Brownwood for a fantastic dinner at a restaurant called the Turtle, I believe. Should be checked out. The food was excellent. We had a great time.

4 night stay

The property is nice but it was not cleaned. There was pet hair all over the floor in all the rooms. The patio areas were nice but not cleaned and full of webs and dirt. It was obvious the dock area had also not been kept up as there was trash and debris.
