A design company has renovated and furnished this large apartment of 80 square meters, managing to create a warm and comfortable environment with special furniture and materials, able to capture the attention!

The apartment is composed as follows:
- large living room with double sofa bed, dining table, TV and air conditioning
- fully equipped kitchenette for preparing meals, equipped with electric hob, coffee machine, oven and dishwasher
- large room with glass wall with double bed, air conditioning and TV
- bathroom with large shower cabin, toilet, bidet and sink with wooden base
- bedroom with double bed (note the bed headboard) with air conditioning, TV and en-suite bathroom. The private bathroom is equipped with shower cabin, toilet, bidet and sink and has 2 glass walls, a real peculiarity!
The apartment is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, wi-fi, TV in all rooms and a kitchen equipped to prepare meals.
The service includes utilities, bed linen and crockery.

THE DISTRICT
Located in a great location, just go down below the house to find shops, bars and restaurants. The car is not necessary and with a walk you can reach the best places in Rome!
Trastevere is the place where the Roman people were born and developed. Source of inspiration of the poets Belli and Trilussa, Trastevere is the heart of Rome.
Today, the Trastevere district is one of the most beautiful and characteristic of Rome, fulcrum of nightlife and food and wine, open-air theater of wonderful squares such as Piazza Trilussa, Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere - home of the oldest church in Rome -, Piazza S. Cosimato, churches and historic alleys, ancient and contemporary emblem of Rome.
Walking on the Ponte Sisto you can reach Campo de' Fiori, otherwise you can reach the Tiber Island by crossing the oldest bridge in Rome, Ponte Fabricio.
The central location allows you to move around on foot! Under the house there are many shops, bars and restaurants.

In case you wish, we can offer the following services:

- Tours of Rome and other cities

!! ALLOWED TO ENTER THE APARTMENT IS PERMITTED UNTIL 00:30 AM !! For late entrance from 10:00 PM to 00:30 AM, a surcharge of €50 will apply.
ACCESS TO THE HOUSE IS NOT ALLOWED AFTER 00.30 - YOU WILL THEN BE ASKED TO PROCEED WITH THE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION

- The tourist tax (€ 6 per night per person) will be paid in cash upon arrival.

- For bookings longer than a week there is a weekly cleaning of € 55 in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.

- travel cot is available upon request

IMPORTANT: to complete the online check-in it is necessary to put the photo of the identity card or passport. The driving license is invalid.
Guests must send documents relating to the registration of arrivals upon request.

*In light of the new ART circular. 109 TULPS of the Ministry of the Interior WE ARE OBLIGED TO CARRY OUT the identification of the guest WHO HAS BOOKED and who will stay in our apartments.
