Second-story condo in the popular Winterpark community. Two large bedrooms with two full bathrooms and a full-size laundry room make this the perfect getaway! Play golf, tennis or pickleball; swim in the ocean or the pool; shop 5th Avenue or Third Street! Visit the Naples Botanical Gardens, the Naples Zoo, or take a boat tour from the Naples Marina.
Community has one of the largest outdoor heated pools in SW Florida, along with tennis courts, pickleball courts, and walking/biking trails.
Master bedroom has a very comfortable king bed and guest bedroom has a queen bed. Both bathrooms have tub/shower. Towels included.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all of the basic necessities for a long-term stay.

I was raised in South Florida and my heart belongs here. My father had a unit in Winterpark for many years and, after he passed in 2016, I realized how much I loved the west coast and all that Naples offers and purchased a unit. The sentimental attachment brings me back regularly. Currently, I work in real estate in Dallas, Texas but get to Florida as much as I can.
