Loved it there. Paul was so responsive and helpful. The apartment served us well and the metro stop in front of the place was very convenient. My only complaint would be some housekeeping issues when we first got there- in the bathroom. Overall it was an amazing stay with a great manager.

You can’t beat the location. Right in the middle of the Marais district with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance, including Notre Dame. The Metro is right in front of the apartment building which made traveling very convenient. Paul was very responsive to our needs. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I could not have asked for a better stay. The location was perfect—literally steps from metro Hotel de Ville, right in the middle of the Marais. Paul has two large beds (one is a pullout couch), a bathroom, and a small but very serviceable kitchen. The loft area with the larger bed has a very low ceiling—my daughter is 5’2” and couldn’t fully stand, but if you are just up there to sleep, it works just fine. Paul himself graciously allowed us to drop our luggage off ahead of check-in so we could explore. He answered all questions promptly and was very kind and welcoming. On va revenir!

Wonderful Host - best we’ve ever had! Paul is an excellent communicator and host, and he is very kind. Very happy we found this flat. Fantastic location just as described with very easy access to the metro, multiple dining options, and many tourist sites, May not be a big deal to others (and/or maybe I misunderstood the listing) but we were counting on washer and dryer as listed as we were traveling for several weeks. There is an excellent washer but no dryer (just a hanging rack and clothes didn’t get dry). Otherwise lodging is as described and a great stay! Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Le Marais! The location was absolutely amazing, it is quiet, safe, and walkable to so many cafés,shops, bakeries, and major sights. It truly felt like the perfect Paris home base.The apartment itself was very clean, modern, and thoughtfully laid out. We especially appreciated having enough room to comfortably lay out our suitcases, which can be hard to find in Paris apartments. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed during our stay.The loft bed does have short ceilings, exactly as mentioned in the listing, but we actually loved the cozy setup and found it added to the charm of the space. The pull-out futon was also comfortable and worked well for our son. One of the best parts was how incredibly quiet the apartment was at night despite being in such a lively and central area. We slept very well here and would absolutely stay again. Truly the best VRBO we have ever stayed at.

Great location for walking and trains to shopping and monuments. Everything you need for cooking small meals. The insuite laundry was a bonus. Wouldn't recommend for tall people, but wasn't too bad for me at 6 ft tall.LGBTQ friendly.Clean and safe area.Would stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

The location was excellent for walking, shops, and restaurants. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything in the bathroom worked. Window on street was lovely and quiet. Paul was accessible for help. The apartment was workable but somewhat uncomfortable. Chairs and sofa were not comfortable. Bed was okay.

It’s e very nice appartment, clean and cosy. The host was really kind and the communication went amazing, we could always contact them if we ever had any questions.The location was great! It‘s directly in the center, a metero station is just in front of the flat.

Wonderful stay in the Marais
