Fancy a vacation on the Baltic Sea? Then you are right with us! We offer a nice and cozy 1-room apartment near the Baltic Sea! The apartment is equipped as follows:

- two beds (double bed 1.40mx 2.00m, single bed 1.80mx0.90m)
- sofa (also suitable as a bed for a toddler)
- Kitchen (fully equipped) with dining area
- Kettle, coffee machine, small oven, fridge with freezer compartment
- Satellite TV
- Community garden
- fire bowl

A parking space or Parking spaces for 2 motorbikes are also available.

The Elmenhorster beach is in close proximity - approx. 20 minutes on foot, approx. 3 minutes by car (parking lot directly on the beach). Warnemünde is about 8 km from the resort. Elmenhorst offers a bike rental, supermarkets, a climbing park, a restaurant u. V. M.! There are very well developed roads as well as bicycle and hiking trails around the town - ideal for hiking, cycling and motorbike vacationers! But beach holidaymakers also get their money's worth: numerous beautiful beaches between Elmenhorst and Warnemünde adorn the coastal area. Rostock offers a lot of leisure activities such as the city harbor, the zoo, the old town, etc.
