Beautiful quiet location, close to vaporetto to Murano/Burano. Great for walkers. No lift so be aware as apartment is located on top floor. Great fruit/veggie stall right outside the door, CooP just down the street. Really good restaurants nearby

While a little bit removed from Central Venice - the neighborhood of the apartment is lovely with a fruit/veg stand next door and a grocery store 100M away. Very convenient and everything is super walkable. Apartment is large and lovely.

Perfect Venice flat

Location! Location! Location! This flat was the perfect place for our family of three to stay in Venice. Beautiful old building, comfortable and clean, close to major Ferry stop and a short walk to everything. Our hosts were great with communication. We loved our stay!

Very spacious and relaxing. The stairs are a challenge when checking in and checking out with suitcases, but it is worth the effort. There is a supermarket nearby called "coop" which is very convenient. I really recommend it if you are staying in Venice for a long time.

Venice 2024

The apartment is very well located, close to one of the waterbus stops. The apartment is very big and having two washrooms is very when having good more than two people. We enjoy our stay here.

Just be sure you are ready for the 5 flights of stairs and no air conditioning. Other than that it’s a very nice place!

Fourth floor apartment

Although the apartment was spacious and clean, it was on the fourth floor of a building without an elevator. The bedrooms are spacious, but the bathroom is small. Despite my efforts, there was limited contact with the property manager before arrival and directions to the property were vague.

Thank you. We always open a WhatsApp chat with all the informations to reach the apartment, with a google map link, with a photo of the main door of the building. Seen from our side directions are not vague at all. Have a good day and take care. 🙂

Venice

Caution that property is up 3 long flights of stairs. The is no light switch for the stairwell from the top, so bring your flashlight. Checkin possible only with smartphone and data service. The property had only intermittent heat, and was generally cold. Otherwise a spacious flat, with 2 baths.

Dear guests, We thank you for your review but what your are saying is not true. 1 there is a switch for the lights of the stairs on every floor, there are three floors and four switches including the grounfd floor to turn on the lights. 2 The apartment have the thermostat of the heating on the corridor and it is at full desposal of the guests that can choose the themperature they like better. Take care and best regards. :-)
