This historic building is formally known as the Chassell Community Center and was home to three consecutive state championship teams in the late 1950's. This beautiful piece of history was converted to residential living in February of 2022 and features a spacious open-concept layout, an upper and lower floor plan, high ceilings, hardwood floors, and modern finishes. Because we wanted to create a stay that is both relaxing and as care free as possible, we added all the amenities of home to help you feel comfortable and at ease. - WIFI/Cable - Keurig coffee pot and 12 cup coffee pot with supplied coffee/tea - Dish cloths with supplied dish detergent - Washer/Dryer with supplied detergent - Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash - Bath/Hand Towels, Washcloths This property is adjacent to the Chassell Centennial Park which provides direct access to the beach, boat launch, fishing docks, and playground. There is a general store within walking distance for much added convenience. Michigan Tech/Finlandia University are both an easy six minute commute. There is parking for two vehicles directly in front of the unit. Overflow parking is available in the public parking lot adjacent to the property. We are available 24/7 via phone, text, AirBnB, or email if you should need anything before, during, or after your stay. Self check-in and check-out make it easy and convenient for you to come and go on your schedule. Access to the townhouse is provided via a keyless entry code.
