In ground floor of the house there is wide living room with kitchen, and sofa for 1 person, plus bathroom. On first floor floor there are 2 rooms with 2 and 3 beds for 5 people. House is equipped with Air conditioner in hallway of first floor, satellite Tv, wireless Internet, outside shower on gum, small removable grill, and parking for 1 car is included in final price. *Second car is 5 € a day. *Outside terrace belongs to another house. *Beach below the house is rocky, first pebble beach is 100 meters from the house

Schön gelegen, aber mit gravierenden Mängeln und überteuert

Wohnung liegt fantastisch direkt am Meer, mit eigenem Zugang zum Meer, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt jedoch nicht: Wohnung bei Ankunft nicht sauber geputzt, Mobiliar z.T. sehr abgewohnt, Bad/Toilette extrem klein und vor allem mit dauerhaften unangenehmen Gerüchen (Kanalisation!). Vermieter freundlich, wohnen jedoch im Haus gegenüber und sitzen den ganzen Tag 2 Meter vor der Haustür des Mietobjekts (Privatsphäre!).

I am sorry you were not satisfied. If cleaning lady didn't do her job well we would call her to clean again, if you only said so. Our apartment is not modern (house is over 500 years old), and some furniture is old, but everything is in in function and comfortable. Bathroom is the same as on photos and bad smell was easily taken care of. We cannot move our own house we live somewhere else, but your privacy was never invaded. As for the price, we think its fair, but If you ever want to come back you will have 3 days free. Regards
