Patoka Lake Deluxe with Hot Tub #11 at Patoka 4 Seasons Resort

Summary:

This cozy cabin comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and is perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Upstairs in the loft area, you’ll find one queen bed and two twin beds. The downstairs bedroom features two full beds, offering plenty of space for family or friends.

The living area includes a couch and loveseat, creating a comfortable space to unwind. (Please note: the wood-burning fireplace is currently under maintenance.) TVs with satellite service are available in both the bedrooms and living room for your entertainment. The full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination and comes stocked with towels and basic toiletries.

The kitchen is equipped with all the basic essentials you’ll need to prepare meals during your stay.

Step outside to enjoy the private hot tub located on a covered deck — perfect for relaxing in any season.

Dog-friendly cabin (pet fee applies)



The Space:

We are surrounded by the beautiful Patoka Lake, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. While the lake is not visible directly from the cabins, we do have walking paths that will take you right to the water. There are also nearby boat ramps, making it easy to get out and enjoy a day on the lake. Whether you’re boating, fishing, or simply taking in the scenery, the lake is just minutes away!



Guest Access:

🎮 Clubhouse Access – Featuring arcade games, crane machines, and a pool table — perfect for a little friendly competition.

🏐 Sports Field – Includes a volleyball net, horseshoes, cornhole boards, and a small children’s playset so everyone can join in on the fun.

🏊 Seasonal Saltwater Pool – Take a refreshing dip in our saltwater pool, open seasonally for guests to enjoy.

🔑 Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 24 years old to rent.

🚭 Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside any of our buildings. However, ashtrays are provided for outdoor use.

Perfect place for quick getaway

We stayed in cabin 11-super cute, very clean, had everything we needed. It was peaceful and quiet, kids found plenty to do, nice hot tub on covered porch. Walk to patoka lake was very nice, not too far, good walking path. I cannot say enough good things about this place, will be back soon!!!

Even better than the photos!

My one bone to pick with this cabin was the semi-outdated decor in the images, and the itty bitty television pictured. Guess what - they've updated ALL of it! The decor is WAY nicer than it looks in the photos (as of the time of writing this; they might change it by the time you're reading this review), and there are not just one but THREE medium sized tvs, with firestick hook ups already installed, one in each bedroom and the third in the main room. We were thrilled with these surprises, and it made me so happy I went with my gut and chose this cabin over others despite those two initial worries. I was leaning away from this option because of those two points, but in the end, it didn't even matter. Everything that the cabin advertises otherwise was perfect; the hot tub, the outdoor space, the provided utilities and such. The front office was really helpful and had these cute stickers from the 90's for sale (sorry, I bought them all). There was a really cool little rec center and a path to get to a secluded part of Patoka lake, which I imagine would be perfect for summer swimming. It also felt very safe; I normally get spooked out in the woods at night, but I knew that the area was secure and had total peace of mind. We will be coming back in the future, and I'm really happy to have this cabin in mind the next time we need a weekend away - no more searching, this is it for us.

Large Family weekend

We stayed in Cabin 11 for my son's 14th birthday. We have a large family of 8. We had more than enough room and beds to accommodate bus. We chose this place because it was only 15 miles from Big Splash in French Lick, Indiana. The check in was easy. The owner messaged us back very quickly everytime. The place was clean, very well stocked, spacious, and we'll decorated. The hot tub was very nice. Large enough for our large family and it was on the porch facing nthe woods. So it had a very private feel. The beds are very comfortable as well and plenty of extra bedding. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great cabin for a weekend getaway

We had 8 guys here for a bachelor party and had a great weekend. The cabin was big enough to accommodate all of us. The hot tub was perfect, and really made the cabin so much better. The only thing that wasn’t ideal was the fact that there was only 1 bathroom. That turned out to be a little annoying, but we made it work and we all had hot water for our showers (make sure to bring towels). Overall, we had a great weekend and would definitely stay here again.
