“Spring” and “Mountain” Bungalows are side-by-side in a newly-renovated 1950s duplex structure, and directly next door to the large circa-1900 main house with two more bungalow rentals. Spring is one of four total unique bungalows on the Cedar Street Bungalows property. It is just a few feet from the adjacent off-street shared parking so it is a very private and extremely convenient. Both the Mountain and Spring Bungalow front doors are facing the side, towards the main house across the shared driveway instead of facing the street. Privacy with a view of the tall cliff and trees for shade in the back make Spring a very quiet spot where relaxation blends with quiet.
A small front porch includes two outdoor chairs. Just inside your front door is a comfortable living room with sofa, ottoman, and a large flat-screen television. Next is the full-size bathroom and closet area which leads to the bedroom. A small but fully-functional and stocked kitchen is in the back of the bungalow. Each space is divided by walls but there are no interior doors in the layout except for the bathroom door.
Kitchen: Well equipped with refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and fully stocked with cookware, dishware, cups, glasses, and utensils. All linens and towels provided.
Sleeping: One king bed. Pets are allowed with advanced notice and requires a $50 pet fee for extra cleaning. No more than two pets are allowed at any one time.
General: High-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen Roku TV with Sling TV in the living room, can stream own Netflix/Amazon, and exterior security cameras. The bungalow is heated/cooled by two brand new mini-split units with temperatures controlled by the guests. On-demand gas water heater so you never run out of hot water.
Parking: There is free off-street parking in the driveway very close to your door. This parking is shared with the two bungalows on site and provides plenty of room. There is also free parking on the street in front.

Pleasant property with a great location a 5 to 10 minute walk from Bathhouse Row. Lots of grassy areas onsite and across the street to handle your dog's business.
The house was clean but being pet friendly the rugs had a strong urine smell. But the house all you needed to be comfortable. The kitchen had a great surprise. There was pancake mix, choc chips, walnuts and syrup. Made a great midnight snack. Location was awesome. Thanks for a relaxing time.

Hi Theresa! I'm sorry that you felt like it had a strong smell. We work really hard to clean and sanitize all of our pet friendly units and quite frankly, you are the first guest to mention this. We rarely have anything less than 5 star reviews so this 3 star is a bit disappointing. We hope when you come back to Hot Springs you'll give us another try. -Best, Jeannie
I loved being within walking distance of the restaurants and bathhouses in downtown Hot Springs. The check-in process was smooth and communicating with the host was easy. The bed was super comfy as well!
Walkable to both the national park and downtown, great location! We appreciated the laundry access and how dog-friendly it was. We drove a big truck so parking was a little tricky when everyone else was around, but there was plenty of parking on street and a lot next door. We had a wonderful stay, the hosts truly thought of everything and we felt at home. Thanks for a great trip!
This was a perfect location to serve as home base while we explored the Hot Springs area. We really appreciated having a pet-friendly location so close to downtown. The owner communicated quickly and was very helpful.
This was the perfect stay for a weekend getaway. The bungalow was very cozy with everything we could need! Within walking distance of all of the downtown fun it is the perfect spot for a weekend in Hot Springs!!!
Location is great for walking ro downtown or getting on trails. Jeannie was very responsive, a great communicator. We didnt have a pet, but the blankets smelled a little "doggy". The bedroom is in the middle of the apartment with no doors, a bit odd but it worked ok for 2. Overall a clean, functional space.
Hot Springs is a great place for a weekend getaway or even a week, we spent our first anniversary there an had a great weekend! The locals are great and our hosts couldn’t have been nicer!
Duplex had everything you needed. Parking was small and hard to maneuver with a truck along with sharing parking with the other duplexes. Was a short walk to downtown and to the trail heads.
I loved that they allowed our fur baby to come with no strings attached like most properties. We were able to park our truck and not move it because we were in within walking distance to everything. We did have a couple hiccups which was not the owners fault but they still helped. Highly recommend stay.
This unit was perfect in every way! Within walking distance to downtown, clean, comfy bed and linens. We will rebook this unit for our fall trip. Thank you for the snacks, toiletries, coffee and creamer—so very generous of you!
We enjoyed Hot Springs a lot.Loved the kindness of the people. The Duck tour was very interesting 🤔 The house was very cozy & we enjoyed the stay.Hot Springs is a very beautiful. The hills & mountains add to its country charms. Will be returning to see more.
The location was absolutely perfect! We walked almost everywhere. Host was very responsive. The bungalow was the perfect size for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed our long weekend in Hot Springs, and we will definitely be back!
I so enjoyed my stay in Spring! It was impeccably clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked. I would recommend and will definitely stay here again rather than a hotel on my next visit.

The property managers were super sweet! We were not able to stay in this location, so they sent us to one of their other properties and it was fantastic. Clean and just as pictured!
