This cute property is tucked in a quiet, historic neighborhood of Bakersfield. Designed and engineered by a very famous architect, this 1930s property was converted into a 4 plex in the early 40s and was just fully renovated in 2020. This property is off the street, and comes with its own private, gated yard!
