Room was very spacious, nice view. Master awning door world not open, shower door Chanel piece at the bottom and around the edges were black from not being cleaned. Fans, tvs, walls and lamps very dusty and floors would gave us black feet in the first 5 minutes of being in the room. The resort itself is very nice with convenient parking and close to several restaurants and had things to do on the grounds. Would stay here again just for the location but maybe a different penthouse.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is great and a lot of room. It could just use some updating (furniture in living room, dinning room and patio) and a DEEP cleaning.

All of the furniture in the condo was broken down. We couldn't sit in the living room at all. The chairs at the dining room table are old and the padding needs replaced. The mattress in the master bedroom as so bad, we went out and bought a foam mattress pad in order to sleep

Wonderful!

We absolutely loved our condo! The only thing I could recommend is upgrade the pillows and mattress.They were a little uncomfortable but other than that the condo was wonderful and will definitely be back!

Loved the property

We loved staying here. My grandkids enjoyed it so much. Lots to do. Condo was very spacious. Enough room for everyone to be comfortable and have their own space. Definitely will book again.

Best family vacation!!!

Perfect condo for our family vacation, location was perfect for our family of 8 including two little ones. I had excellent communication with the rental office and questions answered in a timely manner. Plenty of towels and bed linens were provided. Fastest elevators making getting to the beach quick.

Best beach stay I’ve ever had

It was great the pictures do it justice. The only thing is that front door was hard to close and lock. But other then that 5 stars all around.

The resort is the best! Amazing view from the condo...and those are the only pros of this condo. My kids found the bedrooms with the double beds creepy. The bunkbeds in the bedroom with the queen were not stable! We used the mattress on the floor (which none of the mattresses were good. There were drywall patches everywhere that hadn't been finished and places that need to be patched. The furniture and decor is ALLLL BAD! Overall I chalked it up as you get what you pay for and this place would be great if they updated pretty much everything! The Master does not open to a balcony, the door is very hard to open and it has a balcony railing right in front of the doors. If you don't plan on spending much time in the condo this will serve your purpose I suppose.

Awesome gulf view

Overall the place was amazing with a stunning view from the master bedroom and the living room with a nice balcony to sit and enjoy your coffee. Downfall was the dryer was broken and I didn't find out until the washer was done. Otherwise it was a great family vacation, as everyone had enough space.

Not Penthouse Quality! View is awesome, master bedroom is not a private walk on balcony it just for looks. The living room open up to a private balcony. In master bedroom it’s 8 degrees hotter than the rest of the condo, we bought a fan. For master bedroom. We ask owner for two more fans and they sent out maintenance to change filter but it didn’t help. Stays 71-72 degrees. The air movement was poor. The mattress is wore out and you feel the springs. Living room furniture out dated and couch was tore and rug was trip hazard. The ice machine wouldn’t dispense ice and it was dirty. Took 24 hours for the refrigerator to get cold, there is sign to not put hot drinks in fridge. The place needs to be cleaned from top to bottom the dust is so thick on everything. There sand still on floor when we got there. Heat protective curtains full of dust and had wholes in it and molded at bottom. We were ask to keep curtain closed to keep cool, it does help some. Safety hazard The balcony banister is loose on the right side. Pots and pans are ware out, paper towel holder rusted and need new utensil. Water cut off due to sensors had to call to get it turn back on. Room is big and the resort pools are very clean and friendly staff. It would be good to have adult only pool. Activities in garage are good, could bereorganized. They did have karaoke, games, star bucks, ice cream stand. Local restaurants and shopping in walking distance. We enjoy our trip regardless of set back

Lots of space for a large group. It was clean. Huge living/dining area. Furnishings are a bit of a dated mismatch of things. But I understand this. If you had all new furniture, cabinets and etc it would not stay perfect with multiple guests/renters. Appliances were nice and kitchen had everything we needed. Washer and dryer were clean and pretty new.Multiple pools, tiki bars, and access to the beach. Store, food and Starbucks on site. It was great for us. We would stay there again!

Great Trip!

The condo is super spacious. We had 4 adults and 5 children. There was plenty of space to have fun! The biggest complaint that we had were the elevators. Being on the 24th floor, it seemed as if the elevators took forever with some being down. Other than that, the views were amazing!

Overall good

Plenty of space for 8! Be prepared to clean the floors when you get there. The littles feet were black after only an hour an a half from arriving. Furniture is worn and the cushions on the deck are pitiful. Love Emerald Beach Resort. Owner just needs to hire a new cleaning service.
