A country farmhouse renovated with high-quality materials to ensure the comfort you need while allowing you to enjoy the charm and history of the place. The property is ideally located for nature lovers who want to stay close to Les Houches and Chamonix. All you’ll have to do is enjoy the breathtaking view.
Divided into two units, you’ll occupy the top two of the three floors in this chalet. Please note the access challenges below:

You’ll occupy the top two of the chalet’s three floors. The various sleeping arrangements available can accommodate up to 15 people, ideally 8 adults and 7 children (refuge-style room and dormitory-style room):

On the garden level, you’ll find:
> Master bedroom with a queen-size bed and en suite bathroom (shower, sink, toilet)
> Fully equipped kitchen open to the dining area with an incredible view
> Spacious and bright living room. No fireplace.
> Outside, a dining area and a plancha grill are available. The garden is the farm’s former mountain pasture, offering a complete immersion in nature with views of the Mont Blanc range. The lower garden is shared with the unit below
> Bedroom 2 with a double bed; Bedroom 3 with two single beds
> Bedroom 4 (mountain lodge-style) with two single beds, a bunk bed, and an en suite bathroom (sink, shower)
> Laundry room
> Guest bathroom

Upstairs, you’ll find:
> A second living room, just as spacious and bright
> Bedroom 5 with a double bed
> Bedroom 6 with two single beds
> Bedroom 7 (dorm-style) with 4 mattresses on the floor for children.
> Bathroom (double sink, shower)
> Bathroom

Located on a private alpine pasture, right at the doorstep of hiking and cross-country skiing trails, this property will be highly appreciated by nature lovers seeking a peaceful getaway while remaining close to Les Houches and Chamonix. The ski slopes are also a 5-minute drive away and a 10-minute walk for adults.
All you’ll have to do is enjoy the panoramic view, the beautiful sunshine, and the wonderfully relaxing atmosphere.
Various shops and a supermarket are a 10-minute drive away. Please note: Access to the chalet in winter requires a suitable vehicle (4x4).
Located in a quiet setting, with no immediate neighbors aside from guests who may have rented the lower part of the chalet (ground floor).

Access to the property is via a forest road at the end. In summer, there are no particular difficulties as long as your vehicle isn’t too low to the ground. In winter, you’ll need a 4x4 vehicle with snow tyres and experience driving in these conditions.
It’s not possible to reach the property by public transport.
The village of Les Houches is 5–10 minutes away. Chamonix is 15–20 minutes away.
