The property was very well kept and comfortable, and the host was accommodating and thoughtful. Rockland is such a great town, I cannot wait to visit again!
Well-situated apartment and owner has thought of everything you might need for your stay. Easy to explore coastal Maine from this location and it was nice returning at the end of a long day. Very pleased with my experience at Sunrise Suite.
Sunrise Suite was a perfect spot for us! Very clean, with everything we needed. Becky was an exceptionally awesome host-answered any questions quickly & efficiently and was super fun to chat with! We would highly recommend Sunrise Suite!!
Sparkling clean residence, off-street parking, laundramat across the street, a short walk to downtown and shopping and the harbor.
The Farnsworth, right in town, is a world class art museum.
We'll be back!
This property was perfect for our month stay. The location was central to downtown, grocery stores, the Rockland lighthouse and route 1. The apartment is a spacious 1 bedroom that is very light and bright. The owner stocked the kitchen with all that we needed for breakfast and more. She is delightful and responded immediately. This is a great place to spend a month in Maine.
I ended up making the trip to Rockland by myself and Sunrise Suite was perfect. The apartment was clean, light and full of useful information. The host was welcoming and I soon realized the location was perfect for walking to stores, activities and all the things available in Rockland. I took the Concord Bus from Boston to the ferry terminal in Rockland which was only a short distance from Sunrise Suite. I stayed for 23 days and found plenty to do in Rockland and ferry trips to North Haven and Vinalhaven. I ended up not renting a car and was still able to enjoy all that mid-coast Maine has to offer. I highly recommend Sunrise Suite!
Well-equipped kitchen, full 1 bdrm, Clean, good central location, great owner on site!
So glad we stayed here! Private, (entire first floor was ours!), convenient to get around in any direction. Grocery, bookstore, laundry easy walk ! Comfortably furnished...(very comfortable dble bed), even a desk for your laptop. Large TV with cable. Linens, cookware, nice BBQ and WI-FI provided. Great base from which to explore entire state of Maine.
