Everything was clean, well-equiped, well-labeled. Communication with hosts was quick and helpful.Beds very comfortable, and couch in living room too.Salty Cape notebook gave good recommendations for dining out and other attractions, as well as detailed instructions for check-in and check-out.The kitchen had everything one might need for preparing an eating-in dinner. The fridge had a few essentials at the ready (eggs, butter, english muffins. Easy to walk around town; two great museums.
The house was immaculate! The host were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful gardens and fresh flowers in the house upon arrival. We will definitely stay there again.

The kitchen was great, we loved the nice clean rooms. The beds and pillows were wonderful. It had thoughtful things to make you feel at home. Slippers, eggs and English muffins in the fridge for breakfast. A few different sodas and drinks. We loved our stay.
Beautifully appointed cottage with stunning views. Bedding and linens were luxurious, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were thoughtfully stocked and organized. From fresh flowers to treats left in the fridge, no detail went unnoticed.
Beautiful, comfortable, warm with all the necessary amenities and added extra touches. Fantastic location, views of the sailboats in the harbor and the outside property grounds were gorgeous!
Wow, what an amazing stay! The home was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated! Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home with any essential amenities provided for us. They were extremely friendly and helpful with excellent communication. The home has a beautiful view and only a short walk to shops/restaurants in downtown Rockland. We sure hated to leave and continue on to our next stop during our 15 day road trip. We definitely hope to return very soon!
Couldn’t have asked for more! Great place - comfortable beds, wonderful well-supplied kitchen, nice bathroom with great shower. Landlady was a gem. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!
The property was beautiful, well organized and stocked, and immaculately clean. The host was warm and welcoming. We had a wonderful experience and will be coming back!
This is the most attractive and well appointed rental we have ever stayed in. The owners thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Location is just a short, scenic walk from town.
The perfect Maine getaway! Wayne & Jin were warm, welcoming & friendly hosts. Jin filled the vrbo with flowers from her garden and gave us greens for dinner one night. Well stocked kitchen & bathroom. Washer & dryer. Great location! View of the water! Very clean & minimal decor. Light & bright! We enjoyed sitting in the yard in the afternoon!
The home is impeccable and the owners have thought out every detail. Everything is spotless clean, quality furniture, linens, etc.. We will gladly be coming back our next time though town. You also will not find a nicer more accommodating host than Jin.
We have stayed at many VRBOs and AB&Bs during our travels. This one is a total winner. It is very well equipped with everything you could want and the attention to detail by Jin and Wayne is evident throughout. The location cannot be beat being close to shops and restaurants and within a short drive to state parks etc. with wonderful views of the bay. The place is beautifully updated and the gardens are beautiful.
The unit was impeccable as was the location: just 100 yards from Rockland Harbor and the harbor view walk. The hose was immaculate and the kitchen had everything you need to cook in.
We are in our early 70s and would highly recommend a stay here. We met the owners, Jim and Wayne, who were delightful
This is a beautiful, clean and fully stocked home. It’s close to town and great restaurants. The beds are amazingly comfortable. We would stay again for sure. The communication with Jin was easy and the checkin seamless. I would highly recommend this property!
Salty Cape was just perfect - very clean and comfortable, with beautiful views and ocean air. It is a short walk to the ocean, and the light and views inside the home are great. The host was very responsive. A fantastic find!
Jin’s place is immaculate, decorated beautifully with no clutter and the beds are super comfortable! We could easily walk to downtown and a small beach and the view of the harbor was lovely and soothing. The host was communicative and easily reached. We would definitely return!
Everything about our stay was beyond what we had hoped for. The hosts are warm, thoughtful, welcoming and delightful. The house is designed with gorgeous and artistic sensibility as well as being truly comfortable and inviting.
The location is by far Rockland's best, as you awaken to the sunrise over the bay. There are many beautiful places to explore, just a short walk or drive away
We will definitely return.
