Wake up to the beautiful sounds of birds chirping and hill country views. Enjoy the sunsets by the pool in the evenings. Lake LBJ is a few minutes drive, so are boat rentals. Longhorn Cavern State park, Inks lake state park and a few wineries are within 15-25 minutes drive. So much to do for all age groups.

The house sits on 2.6 acre lot and back to 70 acre open land. Just a few minutes drive to the lake and lively restaurants. Inks lake is about 15 minutes drive and Longhorn Cavern state park is at about 11 minute drive. Perissos Winery is at only 9 minutes drive and Torr Na Lochs Vineyards about 20 minutes away. There plenty to do around for all ages.
